  I have an environment to 2 sites connected through Fiber.I can make a campus cluster between the 2 sites or a failover SRM on one side to the other.

  (1) cluster by HA and VMotion with left environment will give me an environment always up and I need to buy a license of SRM.

  (A) If a building falls down I can still go without a hiccup

  (B) don't have to worry if my SRM will work when site 1 goes down.

  (2) with SRM failover environment

  (B) MRS will do failover (but then I have to return back with some manual intervention) this means that some downtime.

  No Dave you are incorrect in your assumption, a cluster of Metro is two deivces but the SAN attached machine will see a LUN, logical.  the NetApp treats the continuous replication between sites.

  Photos is much better at sharing between devices (iPhone, iPad, Mac) that what is iPhoto. It's really good to keep all your photos accessible on all your devices; It's great if you take lots of photos with an iPhone and you want to "automagically" appear on your Mac. You can also synchronize all your changes between everything instantly.

  Adaptability of the photos is on par with iPhoto. I would like to say, it is a good replacement for iPhoto, as in almost every sense is as good or better.

  The opening is a very different beast. Organizational abilities Aperture and image adjustment capabilities (with curves, adjustments, etc.) were far beyond what the pictures offers today. If you are a serious amateur or pro photographer and openness really effect of leverage, and Photos is a big step backward. But for 95% of users, it probably isn't.

  It is more a question of design/statement of a question of ETL/ODI;).

  The advantage of the dimension is that you can select or aggregate data by year, weekends, quarter, month, day of the week...
  If you only keep the date, you had all these complexes of the formula in logic or calculated items columns (assuming you are using OBIEE). Performances will be affected and the code will be duplicated in many places.

  I think that you have the correct idea, the advantage is easier to manage hierarchies through a gui advanced compared to the classic, you can share the dimensions across not only the planning applications but HFM and essbase (albeit with essbase when it improves the epma)

• I can create forms in the designer, but when I use a data model, I can't interact with the form

  In LiveCycle Designer ES2 I can create a form and then preview and interact with the form.

  This guess I just build objects by dragging the pieces pre-made object on the form (for example, text field) - which I can name, wrap in subforms something - I can add actions and all is well.  When I preview the PDF, I can enter data in the fields, click on the radio buttons, making things appear that everything is great.

  But LC ES2 is based on the data driven development model by, so in my case I need a form guide as well as the form - so it's better to have a model of data created in the first place - and then create the form based on the data model - then build guide form based on the data model - it is also a good idea, and I'm cool with that.

  My problem is that when I'm building a data model (just for a quick and dirty development demo, not associated with services back-end or databases) and I create the form based on the data model - I can't interact with all objects in the preview pane form - further when I launch the workspace and call my process that contains the form - I even can't interact with the form.

  What I am doing wrong?

  You do not hurt anuthing. It works as advertised. When you generate a Guide and work with a fml data model designer you will only create a static non-fillable PDF file. This is because when you import the model in the designer of the model must be turned in a schema. The schema may not represent constraints and validations can be encoded in the model. The only thing that can be maintained is the structure, so Designer forbids you to buidl an interactive form.

  If you know what you're doing, you could take the data it is generated from the Guide and merge on a XDP template file that you create (unless he models in a first time - you can use the sample XML data as a starting point) using LC forms. Edowmside, is that if there are constraints and rules you would have to code them in the model as well. That's the way it is now there, but it will improve over time, as more of the ability of the model is exposed to the XFA world.

  I back up my data to an external drive for several reasons.  The first is my data - if I put on the cloud, someone else has control over it, they can see what I have and change the preferences to what they see of marketing.

  Almost as important as that - if I had to rely on the cloud whenever I wanted to update my playlists on my phone, I need a better internet connection I have now (working at sea).  To get the best out of the cloud, you need a solid link to home, work or mobile.

  As a spin-off - I hate the fact that Apple take away a feature in their software updates and then allow an app to be sold in their store to replace this feature - or worse still, some features that were available before the updates are now "cloud only."  And Yes - you have to pay for the cloud.  I like most of the people do not appreciate the 'accomplished fact. "

  From the back of the external hard drive ASI downside, is that to be safe, you need to store outside in a separate computer place.  If keep you them together, if one is lost, probably, they are both.  That is to say for me a full backup before you travel, then a new upward as soon as I go home.  Downside is how much data may be lost between the two back ups if I needed to restore.  For me, its worth the risk.  If I was away and say had bought a ton of new music and couldn't go home anytime soon, I can always head to the store and buy a new external drive, they are massively expensive.  Even if my computer has to go for repair and my remote is to halfway around the world - I want to buy a new one.

  Now, some will say that once you buy a new external, you spend more than you would on a cloud subscription.  It's true, but in the 6 years following the purchase of Mac that I've only had to buy a new external once - so with a little luck and planning - it works.

  Quite a question stupid and basic, but I can't answer . What is the advantage of having multiple virtual machines in a store of VMFS data instead of having each VM in another VMFS data store? (eg. 3 VMs in 1 data store or 3 data warehouses and each virtual machine in one of them). I can only think about the ease of management for storage administrator because it creates only a single large LUN.

  By allowing multiple virtual machines in a data store, you can run more than 256 virtual machines in a DRS cluster.

  As a host has a limit of 256 scsi identification numbers, which means that it accesses no more than 255 LUNS shared. 1 scsi ID is used for local storage.

  In a DRS cluster as each host must be mapped to the same data warehouses to ensure that virtual machines can be moved on the cluster and run on any of the hosts.

  Now in my life as an architect VMware PSO I saw that a lot of virtual machines that require a single data store.   We have no difference between USB install and install ESXi on hard drive. all functions and features are the same. You have following additional configuration on USB Installer if necessary

  -Remote Syslog configuration

  -Netdump configuration or change the coredump on hard drive partition by creating additional VMKcore on hard drive.

  -Try to use the qualified USB key (refer to the hardware vendor documentation).

  Not looking for any specific limitation other than mentioned above.

  I use the first for about a year. I think using prelude, but I don't really see a real benefit to improve the workflow. What is the advantage?

  Although there is no doubt that there are a number of ways that we at Adobe could make more powerful, versatile and efficient metadata workflows, I respectfully disagree with the "mem" evaluation that prelude offers no real advantage.

  I'm not familiar enough with full set of features of the Prelude to the justice program, but I'll call it at least a few that impress me:

  1. establishment of several markers of subelement, which are then automatically converted into subitems in first when you import the clip.
  2. The via XMP batch renaming (as opposed to rename the file on the disk). This has great advantages when working with the content filebased which unit named C0001 or 0002DP or A002_C001_0419UG_001.
  3. Metadata. Despite some shortcomings that call MEM, metadata can have value today in your Adobe workflow and Prelude is a very good tool to inject metadata.

  My impression is that the value of the prelude increases with the scale of the operation.   Some facilities (for example, restart with the Data Guard Broker) will not work unless you appropriate defne registered staticly service. Other facilities (failover of such service) do not work unless you use a dynamically registered service.
  Decide what you want to implement and configure registration accordingly. There is no "advantages and disadvantages".
