What is the AUDIT data dictionary?

Hi all

10.2.0.4
I read the docs, but it tells me only information related to sys.aud$. Where this post
I'm audit our table named using ARBITRATION:

AUDIT ALTER, DELETE, INSERT, UPDATE ON HUMAN RESOURCES. ARBITRATION BY ACCESS;

This data dictionary should I choose which reflect the action above is made?
While I will not repeat in the running again?

Thank you very much

    The date is the 081105 which is the date of end of warranty in YYYYMMDD form as below.

    The date "install by" should normally be 6 months before the warranty expires date.  I do not see the specifications for the expiration of the 02 cartridge, but generally it is a function of when the cartridges are installed.  It would seem that the expiry is a maximum of 25 months from the installation date, but this can be reduced if the installation occurs after installation 'by date '.  I have a Photosmart 3210 here and all the cartridges have been installed before the expiration of the warranty, so I can't say my dates how would affect the expiry of the ink.  I have a few cartridges installed with expiration date approximately one year after the date of warranty.

  • outcome of conversion with loss of the csscan data dictionary

    Hello

    I ran csscan week last to a migration of US7ASCII to WE8ISO8859P1 character set. I was a little surprised to see the message in the .txt file that the data dictionary could not safely migrated by using the CSALTER script.

    The table was sys.histgrm$ and there were two lines which had a conversion with loss. Later, I found a script in the docs under the "how to handle Convertible or lossy data...» "documentation of globalization and executed the script. He showed me the objects that are the problem, but one of the two steps that was spoken in the docs who have discussed how to handle this error let me in a bit of a loss.

    First step was to confirm that FROMCHAR was the real character in the database. I confirmed.

    Second step was to correct the object definitions. That is my problem. The object of two who have been identified were a table and a table for that table partition. How can I determine the problem with definitions of dba_objects? How can I determine if there are special characters in the definition of the object?

    I haven't found anything on Metalink still dealing this yet so if someone can point out a note, please do.

    Thanks in advance!

    The column is of type VARCHAR2 or NVARCHAR2 (I forgot to ask for values of col$ .charsetid and col$ .charsetform columns). In a database US7ASCII, VARCHAR2 columns must not contain anything that would cause such a strange histogram endpoint value.

    You can try this:

    SELECT u.name 'Plan', 'Table' o.name, c.name "column.
    U sys.user$, o sys.obj$, sys.col$ c
    WHERE u.user # = o.owner # AND o.obj # c.obj # AND =
    (c.obj #, c.intcol #) = (SELECT obj #, intcol # sys.histgrm$ FROM WHERE ROWID = 'AAA...) »)

    This should give you the column which poses problem. Could you look at the data and see if it is actually 7-bit ASCII?

    The bug I'm talking about has not been diagnosed, I think. I'm trying to diagnose by asking yourself these questions. For this particular case, I'm trying to find out if the problem is with the abuse of the data type VARCHAR2 for the epvalue column or if you actually have these strange data in the affected column (for example, incorrectly stored encrypted values).

    The solution is simple: drop the statistics for the affected columns and re-create them after migration.

  • WHAT IS THE EXPIRATION DATE OF MY CARTRIDGE HP15

    I have a unused HP15 cartridge, but had to change my printer and it no longer matches. but do not know if of any use to anyone as its got a date on package IRELAND JULY 2013. When is the expiration date? Thank you.

    The warranty expired in July 2013, but there is no "expiration" of the HP 15 cartridge, which could cause it to be released into a printer simply due to age.  It should be good to use for years, but it is no longer covered by warranty.

    I suggest you store the packaging post such that it could be hung on a screen to store for a better life.

  • Relaxation for the audit data.

    Hi all

    I would like to rrre to write a trigger that maintains the auditing information.

    We have two tables. 1 2 EMP. EMP_AUDIT.

    If I do all DML operations or any other predefined on EMP table that verify information must INSERT into table EMP_AUDIT.

    Can you please let me know how to write a trigger for this.

    Thank you.

    This is called re - invent the wheel. Why opt for it?

    Have you considered maintenance efforts while suggesting the solution? How is it easy to replicate when given the need for another table of audit?

    You already have audit functionality provided by Oracle to take care of the check. Why not reuse the functionality rather that rebuild?

    This link here gives a demonstration step by step to enable the feature.

    In addition, the example does not ask for OP. Could there be updated or insert operations that may be interested in OP. With your path, he would need to create three different triggers.

    Here is an example to do only once:

    drop table test_table;
    drop table test_table_hist;

    create table test_Table (pk_col number primary key, col1 number, col2 varchar2(5));

    create table test_table_hist (pk_col number, old_col1 number, new_col1 number, old_col2 varchar2(5), new_col2 varchar2(5), operation varchar2(10), mod_time timestamp);

    create or replace trigger trg_test_table_history
    before insert or delete or update of col1, col2
    on test_table
    for each row
    begin
      if inserting then
        insert into test_table_hist (pk_col, new_col1, new_col2, operation, mod_time)
        values (:new.pk_col, :new.col1, :new.col2, 'Insert', systimestamp);
      elsif updating then
        insert into test_table_hist (pk_col, old_col1, new_col1, old_col2, new_col2, operation, mod_time)
        values (:new.pk_col, :old.col1, :new.col1, :old.col2, :new.col2, 'Update', systimestamp);
      else
        insert into test_table_hist (pk_col, old_col1, old_col2, operation, mod_time)
        values (:old.pk_col, :old.col1, :old.col2, 'Delete', systimestamp);
      end if;
    end;

    insert into test_table values (1, 1001, 'ABCD');
    update test_table set col2 = 'ABCDZ' where pk_col = 1;
    insert into test_table values (2, 1002, 'PQRS');
    delete from test_table where pk_col = 2;

    commit;

  • OBIEE11.1.1.5 showing the meta data dictionary

    Hello world

    I'm a little stuck on the implementation of a dictionary of metadata on 11.1.1.5. (Windows) I saw some post on the net, but everyone seems to be copying someone else...
    Here's what I did to the extent that:

    -On the file system, I made a folder called d:\OBIEE_META
    -added a WEB - INF folder
    -In the console, I made this available as a Web Application Directory
    -administration tool I made a datadictionary meta export and placed in the OBIEE_META folder
    -J' checked if she was available > > http://localhost:7001/OBIEE_META/BISAMPLE4/NameIndex.xml
    -J' added to my Instance configuration file:
    < SubjectAreaMetadata >
    < DictionaryURLPrefix > http://localhost:7001/OBIEE_META/< / DictionaryURLPrefix >
    < / SubjectAreaMetadata >
    -Restart of the system
    -A all access metadata in user management

    Now, here's the problem:
    I see the button of meta data, but it is grayed... (metadatadictionary_dis.png)

    Stuff where I was wrong or you have forgotten something?

  • What are the motherboard data transfer rate on a HP G60 - 243CL?

    I bought my laptop HP G60 - 243CL of Costco 3 years ago and continues to function perfectly. Since then I have maxed out the 320 Gig HARD drive. A few days ago, I transferred all my multimedia files of a terabyte of 1.5 external HDD. I also removed and uninstalled all the software that didn't come with the laptop pre-installed. I ran the Disk Cleaner to delete the temporary files... etc. I left pretty much the State of Out-Of-The-Box laptop... I also ran the Windows disk defragmentation application.  Although it has all updates from Windows Update. I doubt that the above mentioned is relevant to my question. The laptop came with two modules of RAM PC2-5300... a 1 Gig and 2 Gig. I replaced both with two sticks of modules/memory 2 GB PC2 - 6400. Other that this hardware upgrade, I've also upgraded to Windows 7 Ultimate edition 64-bit. Now, I am also considering upgrading to an SSD HARD drive. I have of course read/write speeds rise as SSD memory ability increases (depending on model)... for ex: there is a huge difference in the rate of data transfer speeds in a 32 Gig SSD compared to a 256 GB SSD. At least that's what I noticed. I want to install a Gig of CRUCIAL 512 or possibly a CRUCIAL 256 GB SSD. Read/write speeds are respectively of 500 MB/s and 260 MB/s, or 230 MB/sec and 190 MB/s (again, depending on the model). My question is noticed in the SUBJECT field. Can you please help me make a wise decision? I wish that more technical details as possible. Thanks... :-)

    This laptop is equipped with SATA I, which is 150Gbit/s. You will not reach the maximum speed of your SSD, but it will be much faster then your current old school disc spinner. An SSD will always exceed a normal HARD drive. In addition, you should see a bump in battery life as well.

    I hope this helps!
    Sean

  • Speed up the audit date

    Hi all
    Today my colleague has complained that having a date range control clause would slow its application a lot. I wonder if it is better to replace a regular date range test:
    ...
    where trunc(tabname.mydate) between to_date('01-JAN-08','DD-MON-YY') and to_date('01-MAY-09','DD-MON-YY')
    ...
    by the following:
    select ..... ,
    (case when trunc(tabname.mydate) >= to_date('01-JAN-08','DD-MON-YY') then 1 else 0 end) +
    (case when trunc(tabname.mydate) <= to_date('01-MAY-09','DD-MON-YY') then 1 else 0 end) Date_Range,
    ...
    where Date_Range = 2
    ...
    Which of them would be faster? Thank you.

    Hello

    Change this:

    where trunc(tabname.mydate) between to_date('01-JAN-08','DD-MON-YY') and to_date('01-MAY-09','DD-MON-YY')

    To do this:

    where tabname.mydate >= to_date('01-JAN-08','DD-MON-YY') and tabname.mydate

    Do not apply a function to the column you are looking at except if you have an index created on this exact column and call function, i.e., unless you have an index TRUNC (tabname.mydate) do not use TRUNC - it is not necessary.

    Then execute a plan to explain to the time and look at costs.
