  Looks like you may have a virus or other malware. Get your updated antivirus program and boot into Safe Mode. Note that some viruses can hide from your normal antivirus program, so you really need to scan in Safe Mode. To enter in Safe Mode when you turn on first, press F8 on every seconds until you get the menu, and then select Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan.

  • I am running Windows 7 for packs SP 1 or SP 2 does NOT solve my problem since neither one works with Windows 7.  Is there a way to search for this MUI (Multiple User Interface) missing file?   Restore the photos removed from the album "recently deleted".

  The key combination command + delete ⌘⌫ will actually delete the photos from your library, not only to remove it from the album.  If you want to remove photos from albums, only the delete key, not use command-DELETE.
