What is the generic host Win 32 error message? How can I get rid of him?

This error message keeps popping up after turning on my computer.  My toolbar at the bottom goes from blue to white and I have no more noise.  They are all connected?

1. have you made changes on the computer recently?

Check to see if the problem exists in Safe Mode, if the computer works as expected in mode without failure, then we can solve the problem in the clean boot state.
