  If you want to avoid the RAM eating problem, consider an update - but also consider that it is not recommended to update to mid-project. Also consider that when direct linking of first in SpeedGrade versions must match. If you update a you will be locked out of each other - as in if you update SpeedGrdae, but not first, your first will be able to open your "latest version SpeedGrade.

  First: the reason for this post

  For awhile, I'm faced with a problem on the Adobe software could not be resolved by all the good people at Adobe.

  The problem is that I can't use CC libraries to its full potential. All I can do is save the shades of colors to a library, but no matter what other assets (chart, type specifications etc.).

  Whenever I try to add an asset in a CC library of in Illustrator, I get an error saying "the file may be read-only or another user can open. Please save the document under a different name or in a different folder. Well, there is no one else and saving to a different location or with a different name does nothing. I got the Adobe employee watching my iMac (remotely) to find out what goes wrong. But despite all good intentions, no one was able to solve this problem. And I left it this way for almost a year. OK, so far, for the reason...

  But today, I created a new user on my iMac with the same admin privileges as account when I first set up my iMac, I created. And guess what? Connect with newly created account and using Illustrator on it to add assets to a CC library works without any problem.

  Why? What is the difference in these accounts, I wondered. And after watching the activity monitor in both accounts, I think I know why, but I do not understand.

  My new account is the user name 'Test', and my old account first (first) when I created my iMac is "Letsgo.

  On the account of 'Test' in the activity monitor all the I see is the user 'Test' for all running processes.

  But 'Letsgo' account I see, of course, a lot of process for "Letsgo" but I also see other users as 'root' or '_spotlight' or '_appleevents '. The way I see it, these additional users are very similar to "default" OSX system accounting.

  Although my new Netgear dual-band "N" WIFI ADAPTER works optimally and, out of curiosity, I have re-installed several times using the accompaniment CD... there is a small problem I want to solve: when I click on the WIFI adapter desktop ICON, I get a window of PSI with the message "FAILURE of SERVICE.  Yet once, WIFI actually moved and is also indicated under the programs/features and works perfectly well.  When I bring up the icon under all PROGRAMS, the same result occurs: the same message reappears: "FAILURE of SERVICE.  When I called Netgear to the Philippines call center, support staff of so-called tech advised me to ignore the message and that I was the first caller on this issue, "as long as the WIFI adapter gives you the desired signal quality and speed, just ignore... "When I pressed on others, a supervisor at the call center told me that she would pass on the information that I provided to their engineers to study the problem.  In addition, the supervisor told me that no one had contacted the Center to call on this particular issue.  Yes, I even disabled the built-in WIFI adapters (Atheros), but the 'problem' in question still exists.  Please note that it is a phenomenon of long months and that in the past whenever I clicked on the ICON, the regular Netgear Windows would come upward, including the various hot spots in option, etc. I even updated the software successfully and rebooted the laptop, according to Microsoft's Windows Update instructions.  Please let me know what is happening and how I could fix this ' cosmetic ', if that's what it is, according to Netgear support.

  My preference is not to use and use the settings or package variables. There is no real control of globals, so you may find yourself with an applications which has a good number of them which is used only once but which persists during the user's session.

  Create a smart collection - published in X days. Select it and export as catalog, including negatives. Keep to the other computer and import the catalog to enter the catalog of another computer (or just open it directly). Reverse the process to bring things back.

  Using a new Mac Pro?  Have you seen this thread, by chance?  Your picture looks a lot like what the rest of us have seen.  If so, the current supported solution is to disable hardware for MPE acceleration until Apple has officially released OS X 10.9.4.  A not supported solution is to sign up for Apple beta program and install the 10.9.4 beta.
