  Don't worry about this. Its common practice on Microsoft community sites. When they (the community stars et al.) do not have the answer that they just put you in a loop or give you a dangling carrot. Hardly, I get a useful response on this community.   Looks like Microsoft have outsourced Microsoft community, MSDN and Microsoft Connect social forums for customer support to some third parties to copy - paste ready-made answers. You produce a report bug legitimate about Internet Explorer on-site MSFT connect with the stages of reproduction, attach files and other details, chances are that they will close the issue as not reproducible. In my observation, barely 20% of bug reports get status resolved between 70% of the time that the bug is not actually fixed and make people crazy in the comments! For how many people will give them feedback in these circumstances?

  Therefore, Microsoft "caring" about their products (and even less to worry 'people')... Or maybe it's just because Windows Live and Internet Explorer are free products...

I suggest an I7 5960 X, 32 GB of DDR4 2666, 980GTX video card and Asus X 99 board with storage depends on the media. Far, who will perform the 2600 is old of 2 generations at this stage, which is only a Quad core with HT. The same X 99 tips can also manage the Xeons V3 if you upgrade the processor in the future for a larger load in real-time.
