  It's misleading because the exported page.html and boilberplate.css even for something as simple as a layout with 2 breakpoints and only 4 empty div is very imperfect.

  If you receive an error that you do not have sufficient permissions to install the software, then please try to install under a newly created local administrator account.  A normal administrator account should not run in these difficulties, so it would seem that the permissions of files in your current account have been damaged.
