What new canvas/Page tab?

What is the best way to determine where you the user navigated to a canvas/the new tab page when browsing does not by clicking on the tab of the canvas of the tab? For example, when the user clicks on a button element that navigates to another tab canvas/page I want to deactivate the canvas tab / the user comes from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    When I open a new tab, I am presented with the new tab page, that's fine. However, in recent days, I've found it does not display the last row of thumbnails (that they are supposed to be 3 rows and I can only see 2 of them). I checked the source with firebug and I noticed the DIV marked with the ID 'newtab-grid' has a max height: 537px defined what makes the page too short to show all lines. I wonder how I can fix this so that the page appears correctly.

    Hi, you can change the number of tiles on the page new tab in zoom in or back (Ctrl and + key, or Ctrl and - key).

    You can also keep the same zoom setting when a new tab is clicked: Type Subject: config in the address bar, press ENTER, accept the warning, scroll to browser.newtab.preload and double-click on it to change the 'value' of true to False.

    It is also possible about: config to change the maximum number of tiles, scrolling to the browser.newtabpage.columns (or Rows), then right-click > modify to set a new number of 'value '. - Editor of Configuration of Firefox.

    I do a search on google for example, when I opened what I'm looking for, the previous tab disappears and is REPLACED by the following, it is not how I try to go to another destination, Firefox uses the current tab... bloody annoying!

    How can I create it so that it appears in the same window of the page at design time editor and appears in the same window as a canvas over time.

    The canvas of tabs to display on the table of contents in the layout editor, it actually takes to pull the canvas with the table of Contents tab; for example: open your table of contents in the layout editor, click on the button of toolbar tabbed canvas and then draw it on your table of contents. If you create the canvas through the Navigator object tabs object and then set the properties so it would display on the table of content - it is not visible on the table of content with the layout editor.

    This is a bit of an oddity in the form designer, and they have not corrected in newer versions of the forms again. :-(

    There should be a purple mask in each private browsing window, or if you hide the menu bar, the Firefox button should be purple instead of the orange.

    No, you can no longer use the previous button back to the topic: newtab page if you have opened a page by clicking on one of the slots on this page.

    You need to close the tab and open a new tab to get this page or set as the home page and click on the Home button.

    At home, whenever I start pages, I get the "what's new in Pages' Start Page. It's boring. At work, the start page NEVER appears.

    I checked the preferences, etc. and may not know how to disable the start page, or how it is that it is out of the machine to work.

    Just guessing, based on a faded memory, but it looks like you can start pages from a disk image containing the installer rather than the application installed in your Applications folder.

    Try dragging the Pages icon on your dock and a fall (it should disappear with a cloud of 'smoke').

    Now locate the Pages in your Applications folder. Double-click its icon to launch the application, then go to the dock, right-click right (or Ctrl-click) on the Pages icon and choose to keep the Dock. Click-and - drag the icon in the position where you want it on the dock and continue with what you wanted to do.

    If the start page is displayed during this launch, look for a checkbox "don't show me this page again" (or similar).

    Thanks for that bring to our attention. The question doesn't seem to be specific to the creation of blank pages. I connected the bug 16729276 to follow up on this matter. In the meantime, the workaround, which I'm sure you already did, is to edit the page and update tab to make reference to the new blank page ID.
