Hi, I wonder how I can address this problem.

I HorizontalFieldManager (hfm) USE_ALL_WIDTH and have added a focusable bitmapfield inside.

I have the bitmapfield priority so that the hfm wins color (focus effect), but this happens only when I'm concentrating the bitmapfield for obvious reasons. What I'm trying to do is to hfm get the same focus so I don't concentrate on the bitmapfield.

It becomes hard to achieve when dealing with touch screens and I want my hfm obtain focus when touch parts of the hfm instead of only bitmapfield.

Just an addition to what Peter said:

(1) prepare all the checks on THE events.

(2) do not here setFocus in touchEvent - schedule it via invokeLater (much, much cleaner and easier to debug)

(3) return super.touchEvent in all cases - DOWN events need to be processed correctly by all the framework, not only by the substitution of your Manager. This is akin to, say, system hooks into other operating systems which should be completed by "invoke the next hook. You can skip this step for more complex events like CLICK, UNCLICK, MOVING, etc., but downwards and upwards should absolutely be on the system in addition to your own code. Complete substitutions can be made in games, but little else.

With a book. Pick up the name of the style chapter in variable to place the name of chapter at the top of the subsequent pages of HR.
Problem: I want to separate the name of the main chapter on 2 lines, but to have the variable replace line break with space hyphen before the chapter name appears on the following pages as single line.
Is it possible automatically? If so, how?

I did what Peter suggests on a 3200-page book. He worked a lot and you don't need additional styles.

Style your paragraph using nested style position, find an upper limit for your 1 line of text, set your nested style to include say first 30 characters and this applies a character style.

Then define another style of character for the 2nd line and who apply through the nested style.

Configure your variables to be

Title current line 1 - based on the style of characters 1 line

Current title line 2 - based on line of character 2 style

The document that I did this on was very complex, running headers had 4 different headers running on each page (8 titles of different currents by spread) which changes constantly. Working this way, I was able to do.

Alternatively, there is a plugin that makes it even better

If the parameter is greater than any what val in the table, then the scalar subquery terturn will be NULL, and the WHERE clause will never real.

separate table and figure numbering sequences

I need to a few pointers and guideance on how to set up automatic numbering for tables and figures separately. As is the case, the sequence number ahead of the use by a table or figure. For example, table 1, Figure 2, Figure 3, table 4. What I need in this case, it is table 1, Figure 1, Figure 2, table 2.

The easisest way is to use what is called an indicator of the series for you the sequence of automatic numbering. It is a single letter to the star of automatic numbering. As a general rule, we can use F: to figures and T: for tables. FM will then number these flows differently. You can make things more complicated in your configuration (and much easier for authors) by using a matrix of numbers where the parent title tags reset low counters (which is what Peter was referring to).

Is this really good? It seems to say that all ordinary years (i.e., the years with only 28 days in February) have 52 weeks, and all this leap years (years where there is a 29 February) have 53 weeks.

To study in detail what Peter said:
WW '01' is always January 1 to January 7.
WW '02' is always on January 8 to January 14.
WW '03' is always on 15 January until 21 January.
...
WW '08' is always from February 19 to February 25.
WW '09' is February 26 March 4 in common years, but in leap years, it is February 26 to March 3.
WW '10' is March 5 March 11 in common years, but in leap years, it is from March 4 to March 10.
...
WW '52' is December 24, but on 30 December in common years, but in leap years, it is December 23 to December 29.
WW '53' is December 31, (only 1 day) in common, but in leap years, it is December 30 and December 31.
It is therefore 31 December always in week '53'. December 30 is in week 52 ' in common years, but in leap years, it is in week 53'. Looking at the week which includes December 30, you get '52' to 3 over 4 years and 53' like clockwork every 4th year (except at the turn of the century most).

According to the definition of "WW" for a week, calendar years always have all 52 weeks (seen 7 days each), plus 1 week defective (having only 1 or 2 days).
A different definition of a 'week' (and year) is the definition of ISO, where all weeks begin on Monday, and all the weeks have 7 days. The ISO year starts the Monday closest to January 1. Using these definitions, most years consist of 52 weeks, but every 5 or 6 years a year ago with 53 weeks.

There are many other ways to define the 'week' and 'year '.
For example, we could say that all weeks begin on Sunday and I have 7 days a year start the Sunday closest to January 1.
Another example: one could say that all weeks begin on Sunday and I have 7 days and a year beginning the first Sunday after December 31.
In any case, there's how many weeks in a year depends on what your definition of 'week' and 'year '. If you hear the word 'year' out of context, there is a good chance that the speaker refers to the period that begins on 1 January and ends on 31 December. If you hear "week" out of context, there is much less certainty what the speaker means.

CS6 InDesign does not start, gives a series of messages.

Expand what Peter has already said if you please, drag the folder of office recovery. Navigate to the location 'C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Adobe\InDesign\Version 8.0\ and then drag the file en_US desktop. " Relaunch InDesign and crash test. Then reinstall if the problem persists.

To add to what Peter, said

"Binding" values in a query is done for a specific purpose, and this purpose is so that the optimizer can use the same query as the previous execution plan runs the query, which prevent it from having to analyze the hard the query each time. A query execution plan is based on the tables and columns are presented in the query, but with respect to the actual "values" of these columns, they are unlikely to change the execution plan. So, to keep the same execution plan, the query must seem identical (in terms of a query string) like the previous series, so if you want the same query, but just with different values, they can be replaced with bind variables (these things have a ': ' character) and then the values passed in the query, when it is run.

Now, if Oracle were to allow you to link in the names of objects, such as tables, this means that it could not use the previous execution plans, because he doesn't know until run time what tables will be consulted. Therefore, it would be useless link in the values of the query and it would be just as quick to implement your query string by concatenating all the values inside rather than link them. Considering that a query is parsed first and then the values in it, then it cannot be analyzed if the tables are not known everything first. (Take a look at how queries are formed and variables when you use the DBMS_SQL package).

So the key thing to remember is that, when it comes to bind variables, you can bind only the 'values', not 'objects '.

Well, what Peter has suggested is correct. You want to get the top, on the left,

down, right coordinates of an object.

I usually use to define my leaders to "mm" to see better or calculations

for these purposes. Depends on choice

TOC problem; search boxes and lost key words
I inherited a Robohelp X 5 project that was originally started by someone very familiar with these types of programs, then finally ruined by someone who knew nothing about them or the content. I spent most of my time to rewrite and update content using X 5, then upgraded to 7 this morning. I learned a little about the program, not obviously not enough. I am sure that these are things that I screwed up, because they worked before; but I don't know what I did or how to fix it...
First, the table of contents are built, with books and the pages are in the order I want. Books are likely linked to a page-, so that when a user clicks on the book, it is by default a particular page, and from there they can move to other pages in the section. However, when I check the results, you must click on the book, then click on the individual page for the page to open.
Then I "lost" the search for the Index fields and keyword search. When I look at the skin, they appear, but when I discovered the project, they aren't - lists index and keyword appear in the place the boxes.
If anyone can give me any advice on what I should do, I would really appreciate it.

If you click on file > generate a main page layout, you should see the first of a few dialog boxes different you can interact with. Dialog boxes that all the different parameters of order for the creation of the WebHelp. That's what Peter was referring to his post. One of the options govern the operation of the WebHelp Navigation. Your choice is between an Applet Java and DHTML. It seems that if your configuration is either using "Pure HTML" option or you have activated the option "Section 508".

Does that make more sense?

I keep getting invited to add security exception. What was asked in Jan - no solution?

cobraflex asked this question in January and I don't see where anyone did. I had this problem all year also - it's a REAL PAIN IN THE BUTT and I (like cobraflex) I'm looking for another customer. The only thing that keeps me is that my schedule is on tuberculosis.

Well, my 2nd pet irritate? It is absolutely amazing how people don't understand that the DATA is completely useless if it is not accompanied by a DATE! People NEVER delete data from their databases so that you can't tell if it's 6 months or 6 years!
