What should I do to open an attachment or link on my incoming e-mails.
My computer just started acting funny with my incoming emails. When we reach another location with a link and I clicked my head turns dark blue and the computer for a short time locks, but will not open the link.
The computer worked as it was supposed to and something has clicked and it just stopped all the links that came on my opening emails.
My program is Outlook Express.

Thank you for your help, but I thought about it. It was very simple & silly, something I would have thought from the outset. I had to add permissions to the pop-up blocker. Silly me had a "blonde moment"... no offense to blondes, just using the cliché. Laughing out loud!!

I am running windows vista and cannot open a file .pub into e-mail. He tells me I need to create an association of game to designate a program to open it, but I don't know how.
You need Microsoft Publisher to read a .pub file, but you can convert a PDF online here.Or get a viewer here.

8 win is supplied with a utility rudimentary compression.decompression, but if you need anything more (as do most ppl) either WInzip or Winrar is the way to go. In my humble OPINION WInrar is better

What should I do to open the 5 Lightroom trial download?
When I click to open it, it tries to open in Photoshop CS6. I never had anything like this happen before. Also, how can I update my email and password?
Your password and e-mail can be changed on your overall Adobe account. Click on your name here on the forum to access to your profile, and then in the right pane, click the profile option change Adobe. If you have questions about LR 5 Beta, ask in their forum.

What should I do to open PDF files in Microsoft Outlook?
The files are currently encrypted. I have uninstall and reinstalled Adobe Reader 9.0 three times in Windows XP.
Have you confirmed that the drive is open the file?
Looks like it is open a Word (or another application).
If this is the case, you need to associate PDF Reader. In XP, you can right click on a PDF file, choose "open with > choose program, select Adobe Reader and click on the box that says"use selected program to open this type of file. "

I've been hacked? What should I do?
A fake email went through all my contacts asking them to open an attachment. I have pick up a virus? I've been hacked?
My mac pro has a virus scan on it? What should I do?
Thanks for the help!
Your e-mail account may have been misused, it will not necessarily mean your computer.
Change the password, you do not have a virus, there is none.

is it possible to open an attachment to e-mail sent by an Apple so I can work on it in Word?
I was sent an e-mail from an Apple machine attachment and I can't open it. How can I open it so I can work on it (I need to track changes made to this subject) in Word?
Regardless of what type of computer sent the e-mail. What is important is the program that created the attachment and the format in which the attachment was saved. If the sender used Microsoft Word for Mac, you should be able to open the attachment to a Windows PC using Word.
What happens when you try to open it? Please do not paraphrase any error message.
What are the 3 characters after the dot in the name of the attachment?
What happens if you save the attachment and then try to open it?
Which version of Word you have (click Help > topic)?

How to open an attachment that contains a .ows file?
I need to open an attachment that contains a .ows file. I don't see this file extension when I look in my entire Associations. My computer is Windows 7. What should I do to open the file or add the .ows extension to my associations together?
Original title: .ows file
Hello
Thanks for posting in the forum the Microsoft community.
Unfortunately, the .ows files are not supported by Windows 7, but you can use your favorite search engine to download and install a program according to the file type, you must use.
NOTE: Using third-party software, including hardware drivers can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the use of third-party software can be solved. Software using third party is at your own risk.
