  Do you have other agents running successfully with this SGD?

  1. try opening firefox in two your agent use Xwindows and see if: 4900/em/upload works. If not then the port must be open.
  2. open the two agents of your SGD server (ask your OS guys to do this in Unix). Check if you are behind the IP Net.

  -Your DMS receives no heartbeat and it's the reason for the failure of the download. So, check the port and open the agent hosts.

Please understand that the reset password link will expire in 3 days and can only be used once. "This was sent a week ago but I have not received the new password so that I can access my emails. There are documents on my email I need to access emergency so I would be grateful if you could send the new password to the secondary email (my email for work already done) or to this new hotmail account that I opened today as a temporary measure in the meantime that my old account password.

  Hi, I have problems to make the labels of button used as links in Internet Explorer.

  All I want is for, when a button is pressed, to take the user to another page - surely what buttons are for?  So I must have done something wrong with the code does not work in Internet Explorer, but work fine in Firefox.

I re - run the update process at least 10 times on the two machines running Windows 7 Pro (most recently this morning), and whenever the two machines running Windows 7 Pro (one is 64-bit, one is 32-bit) say that Firefox v34.0 is "up-to-date". I also ran several scans antivirus from different vendors on two machines running Windows 7 Pro and all scans show no problems.

  We changed how updates were deployed to a test, that's why you were probably the 34.0.5 on a computer and 34.0.0 on the other. The only difference between them is that 34.0.5 defines yahoo as the default search. You don't need to worry because of the different versions (who both were released at the same time BTW)

  Welcome to the forum.

  Blockers cannot block webhelp popups because they are user initiated when they click on a link. My understanding is that blockers are designed to prevent the unwanted popup windows.

  I think that the other main issue is to ensure webhelp is the type of assistance, it will be run from a server rather than be installed on PC users.
