  Your problem could be solved if you turn off YOUR Application framework in the window Menu.

  Go to window-> part of the Application.

  There will be an update to Lightroom 4. The only way that you can work with your raw D750 files is to use the autonomous and free DNG Converter to create DNG copies. If you want to be able to work on the NEF files, then you must upgrade to Lightroom 5. Lightroom does not use plug in Camera Raw. everything is part of the Lightroom program. If you want to stay up-to-date with Lightroom, you must follow the path of update/upgrade. This means than buying each new major version of Lightroom or you subscribe to plan creative cloud.

  I have a document with an InDesign file linked, an area of text that is used in many documents, so interested in this issue.

  I did a quick test and it seems to work as it should. I made a smaller file with an image linked and bound the Indesign file in a larger document, and since it is a linked InDesign file it recognizes and displays the image in the links Panel.

  In this case the Scripting Guys will be able to store these settings with the file, and when the script runs - he can check if those setting exists - if so - script can run without showing the dialog with the settings... This can be a set framework of InDesign scripting, allowing to write scripts that use ui and same libraries so we don't have to write everything from scratch every time and just included required libs...

  So here are 2 great questions for now:

  (2) who is interested in creating InDesign scripting (because it only makes sense if it will use a lot of people)

  • reference to the tlb file is correct

  • When InDesign CS6 is not running, it starts, then the error pops up
  • The 'CreateObject ("InDesign.Application.CS6")' line runs without error, I just can't assign the object returned to the variable

  go to this directory:

  C:\ProgramData\Adobe\InDesign\Version 7.0\en_US\Scripting Support\7.0 (or where ever the .tlb file is present)

  And DELETE (or rename) the file "resources for Visual Basic.tlb."

  Start InDesign by doing a right click and choose 'run as administrator '.

  This allows InDesign to make the appropriate changes to the registry and who knows what else in the system.

  You can then quit InDesign and run normally (I do not run things as an administrator in good standing).

  Try your script.
