When I closed my Windows Vista computer, it reached the "Logging Off" screen and seems stuck.
Sporadically, when I turned off my computer, it reached the "Logging Off" screen and seems stuck. I walked away from my computer for a returned more than an hour to find the screen always showing "Logging Off" with the small circle in the middle of spinning. The only way I can close down is to do it manually and then when I use the computer at a later date, I ger the message that my computer has been shut down improperly and I should log in safe mode. This happened only since I upgraded to Windows Vista. My computer is a Toshiba laptop Satellite P105-S6147.

Computer not finding networks, stuck on the Logging Off screen in Vista
For the past two weeks, if I simply close my laptop while it is running, most of the time when I try to open it up my wireless network does not connect automatically. I have to click 'Connect to' in my Start menu and manually connect to the network. The only problem is, sometimes it will fail to find a network and when I try to manually go to 'Connect to', it does nothing. Nothing comes up at all. I have to restart my computer. Once I try to restart, it sticks on the screen "Logging Off". I also tried to disconnect just opened a session back, but it's still stuck on this screen. I am then forced to make a hard closed down by holding down the power button.
Any ideas?

Create and add a message in the log off screen on a Windows 7 PC
Original title: Log Off Message
Hi, I was wondering if it is possible to create and add a message in the newspaper off the screen of a Windows 7 PC
I searched and found only information on adding text in the log to the screen. This text will include the verbiage "Don't forget your USB."
You can use a script to logoff to do, which is a file that runs automatically when the computer disconnects. http://TechNet.Microsoft.com/en-us/library/cc753583.aspx

Computer remains at the "Logging Off" and never boots
After you install the Service Pack 2.0, which has been requested, as soon as I connected to my laptop HP, installation went well. When I started the computer next time if repeat on "Logout" and never ending start the system. Does not meet all of the keys and buttons.
Hello
Make sure you have no external device connected to your computer, other than the keyboard and mouse.
Follow the steps below and check, if it helps.
Step 1:Start your computer in safe mode and check if it starts very well.
Step 2:If the system starts in safe mode, then there would be a third-party software, causing the issue to occur. I wish that you start your machine in a clean boot State. Clean boot helps eliminate conflicts of third party software.
Note: Follow step 7 to your computer as usual.
Step 3:
If this does not help, you can perform System Restore in safe mode.

Original title: download error
Hello
Thanks for posting your query in the Microsoft Community Forums.
It seems that you have problems with downloading files on the windows vista computer.
The description of the problem seems a little unclear and I wish I had a better understanding before you start working on it. I would appreciate if you can help me with the following information.
1. what browser you use on the computer?
2. What is the exact full error message?
3. don't you make changes on the computer before this problem?
4. deal with this problem if you try to download all files from online?
If you do this in the face of Internet Explorer help, I suggest that you should change the default download location and check if it helps.
Method 1
In internet explorer, you can change the default location.
Here's how:
a. open internet explorer.
b. click on Tools , then select view downloads.
c. downloads for window, click Options.
d. now, enter the default download location and click on the OK button.
Turn on the computer at the beginning of boot and check if the problem persists.
Method 2
Perform a clean boot to see if no third-party service is causing the problem.
To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.
http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: follow step 3 to reset the computer to start as usual after the boot process.

Sometimes with connections wireless and when I type the password in the unable to connect to this network said. so I uninstalled this card. and when I try to use a cable to connect, it connects but no internet access there. any ideas how to solve this problem?
Open Device Manager and look at the network cards. What cards are present and they have their drivers, or they are in the wrong with a yellow! the brand? If no network adapters are present, it may be listed as an unknown device without driver or a network controller. Device - Manager find unknown devices
On the other PC, see the page Web of Support downloads for the PC model to download the network card on a flash key you are using (Ethernet or wireless). Transferer transfer on the Vista PC, install the adapter and see if you can get online. If there is more of a network LAN driver is draw in Device Manager, the machine using material identification or download them all and try to install one at a time.
Do the same for all the other pilots missing in Device Manager.
Once online, speed up Windows updates in order to conform to the date that they ceased to support Vista.

It seems that you are unable to install games on Windows Vista that you found the error.

(3) you get the same error with all games? Please follow the troubleshooting steps listed here.

http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135
Note: after the resolution of the problem, reset the computer to start as usual. See step 3 of this link.
