  Hi guys,.

  I'm editing a map and a need for my map divided into several rectangular segments. My card is composed of several layers and layers of sup I need to keep. When I'm mowing hide the map with a rectangle all the layers of subs merge in a single layer. How do while preserving clipping mask the structure layer sup? Looks like a "layer mask" is the right tool, but doesn't seem like CS6 has it?

  Create new layer and move all other layers so that they are now under layers of the new layer. Draw a rectangle on the top layers, and then click the button mask in the layer panel. You have now created a clipping from the base of the layer mask.

  I have a square that has a line above it.  I would like to see the transparent background behind the square in the area occupied by STROKE. Example below:

  

  I would like the white area (which was created using the Brush tool and applying a stroke) to display the transparent background behind the red square - or whatever that fall behind the place.

  
  

  I have read and tried many tutorials and suggestions on the forum without success. (Group of knockouts, mask opacity, etc...)  I even created a much simpler red square with an accident stroke by default and still unable to get transparency through red square.

  Drag / drop may not work if you don't have any enabl; e source patch or did not target the track for the same thing.

• When I drag a clip from the TRAY in the Timeline, the clip becomes cropped?

  As you can see, the clip on the left is the original file.

  The clip on the right is the clip when it is moved in the timeline, you can clearly see that it's been cropped. It didn't happen in previous clips in the timeline - why what is happening?

  Found the solution.

  Because this video was filmed on another camera, it didn't match the settings of the sequence. To resolve this problem, I have a right-click on the clip and selected 'Set to the size of the image.

  Am in the middle of a publishing project.  Suddenly all of a sudden when I drag clips from the source to the timeline monitor.  It seems that for slide audio.  I re-imported the clip.  Same thing is happening.  I double checked that I select no audio only.  Someone at - it help him?  Thnaks

  Also when I work sometimes the audio waveform just disappears into my project and then back again. This is my memory of the computer.  I check the audio wave is switched on and it is?   Y at - there anythign I can do to get it back.  It seems to happen randomly and it is very frustrating.

  Maybe you have deselected all video tracks in the timeline.

• When I drag a clip in the timeline, audio does not come with the clip?

  All the sudden Im having a very strange problem this afternoon.  When I open a new project, the first clip I did drag in the timeline will be the audio track with her as usual, but every clip I have try to add after brings NO audio with it. The clip that I try to file has audio in the Source monitor, but once again, place it in the timeline panel, I have the video.  Ive deleted the first cache files, but that doesn't seem to help.  Has anyone meet this issue before?

  The basket will be empty if you have selected 'do not move files to the Recycle Bin, delete the files when they are immediately deleted' in the global properties of trash.  Right click on the Recycle Bin in Windows Explorer > select Properties > tab to Global.

  Photoshop of smart, but does not know which areas are safe and which are not.  When Content Aware Fill came out I was super impressed, but he used to introduce undesirable elements in fixed areas.  My solution was to select the areas of security of the layer and copy it into a new layer.  Then use College on the copied layer so that it had only safe pixels to draw.   What I tend to do these days is to divide the school into small pieces.  PS seems to do much better when asked to set smaller areas.

• CS6 Illustrator crashes when click-and - drag to move the object.

  Run 16.0.5 on a MBP OSX 10.9.5 the retina. Whenever I try to drag an object to move, Illustrator crashes. I can click on an object/points and move with my keyboard arrow keys, but not with the mouse or trackpad. I have reimagee my machine, with all fees install cs, but the problem persists. All tracks for a solution are appreciated.

  I use PPCS4. I noticed that no matter what new clip that I bring in the timeline to a keyframe effect time remapping to 100%. Is this normal?

  I would like to see no time remap keyframe by default and there are still 100%. The reason is that I use the Mercalli stable plugin and will not work if the time remapping a key image on it. So I always have to erase it first was can use the plugin. A bit boring.

  I have problems with a tutorial.

  You made sure that location in the dialogue of the race is "inside"?

  Because the layer is cut to the shape, the stroke must be within the form to be visible. 'Centre' will result in half outside of the width of the contour are invisible, and "Outside" will result in the entire race being invisible.
