When I download compressed files, they go to the local > temp location, when I extracted all the files, they are sent to the My Documents folder. Can I go to the local > temp location and delete the zip file?

  Until early this month my Thunderbird worked very well with my roadrunner email address. I have not downloaded any new software or made any changes to my settings during this period.   Did you ask Road Runner why your sent emails do not leave their server?

  Thunderbird, says 'send successfully' when it get an acknowledgement from the server that the mail has been received ok for the transmission. Your only option is therefore asking for RoadRunner.

When I try, download instantly tell its completed, regardless of the size of the file, but the options 'open' and 'open containing folder' is greyed out.   It is possible that your antivirus software is corrupt downloaded files or otherwise interfere with the download of files by Firefox.

  You have a UHD 4 k sequence and export in standard definition, that's where you lose the quality. How you deliver the final product, which will determine the export settings you need. Let know us and I am sure that we will be able to help.

  I think that Sandee may be on the right track. I'd be willing to bet that an InDesign file has been placed in another InDesign file. Option/Alt-double-click will open the original InDesign file that has been placed.

  Hi, I have an Air of MacBook Mid 2011, running OS X El Capitan. I have problems with what appears to be that 8.17 GB of photos stored on the hard drive when I've always kept my files on an external drive.

  I have used before OS X Yosemite and the Photos/photo workflow application, I kept all my files on my external hard drive but I found out later it stores small thumbnails on the internal hard drive. Since the update to El Capitan, I deleted all the files of old photo library and the new version contains very little data. When I access ' on my Mac / storage ' it shows still 8.17 GB of photos, but I can't see where they can be. I ran Omni drive Sweeper software, and who does not show something that large non more. I've attached a screen so you can see what I mean. I hope that makes sense! I don't mind wiping the hard drive and start again, but I'm just very curious/frustrated that I can't find a solution 'normal '.

• Can I actually delete messages rather than having that they are sent to the Recycle Bin?

  I want to know how I can delete messages rather than the envoys in a junk folder or recycle bin and then delete them from there. I have several filters set up and send them to separate subfolders. But of course, when I look at these and remove them, they go in the trash. Then I can actually delete them so that they're gone, that's what I think delete would do in the first place. Is it possible to do so, to delete messages without moving them to the trash and then remove them from there? It is important that I don't miss any messages, I still sometimes do, but I'll have 50 posts or more per day that are trash. Most of them pass through my filters, but if I do not have a daily interview with a bunch of garbage I'd meet a real nightmare.
  Surely people have requested this, and I've seen some with answers like "it's the way it was designed. Can it be done?

  I would really appreciate help with this.

  I took all my photos on my iPhone (iOS 9.2) 5s and put them on my computer. I also have pictures of iCloud connected to my computer. Anyway, I logged into my icloud.com account and there are no photos in my Photo Album at all. HOWEVER, when I click on iCloud Photos on my PC, it gives me the ability to upload 100 + photos. When I do that, it downloads a bunch of graphics photo I had on the phone for a few minutes back about six months ago, but then deleted immediately.

  I can't find any way to delete these photos. There is no evidence of them on my phone, my iCloud website account; only when I use iCloud Photos on my PC.

  Please help me with this, I really need to get rid of these photos.  I heard there was a bug with iOS 8 who saved the photos recently deleted even after that you had deleted them, but I can't find them anywhere. Now, too, there is no way to reset the iCloud photo stream.
