When I followed the instructions to make a blank page my homepage, it nothing happens. Now what?
The indications of the tutorial tell me that if I want a blank page as my home page then I should open a new tab and drag-and - drop the icon on the button "home" on the right. Nothing happens.
As I did it was like that.
In the address bar, type Subject: vacuum and press ENTER.
Then click on the orange button Firefox and go to Options | Options | General.
Make sure that it says 'show my homepage' in the drop-down list at the top and then click on the button called 'use of current tabs'.

I use MozBack to the top, when I followed the instructions of the wizard a backup file on my portable hard drive. I'm back to Thunderbird I found the content of my Inbox was deleted. Sent and deleted files have not been removed. I then returned to MozBackup and followed the instructions to restore the information from my Inbox, but it didn't happen.
What I did wrong.as incredible as it may seem. MozBackup has nothing to do with Mozilla or Thunderbird. If you have any questions about mozbackup I don't really know where you're going.

Running Windows 7. After Firefox updated to the Version 33 Firefox would not start. Received the message "unable to load XPCOM. Follow the instructions in the forum Firefox to do a clean reinstall. File downloaded from Mozilla.org , using Internet Explorer for Firefox does not work. Deleted the old program file. When I try to run the Firefox Setup Stub file 33.0 continues to stop. The message says "your download was interrupted. I tried to run several times all with the same result. I also made sure I deleted previous downloads before trying to re. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks for your help.
Do a clean reinstall and delete the program folder before Firefox to (re) install a new copy of the current version of Firefox.
- Download the full Firefox installation program and save the file to the desktop
https://www.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/all.html
If possible to uninstall your current version of Firefox to clean the Windows registry and settings in the security software.
- Do NOT remove the "personal data" when you uninstall your current version of Firefox, because this will remove all profile folders and you lose personal data such as bookmarks and passwords including data profiles created by other versions of Firefox.
Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.
- (32-bit Windows) "C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox\"
- (Windows 64 bit) "C:\Program Files (x 86) \Mozilla.
- It is important to remove the Firefox program folder to delete all the files and make sure that there is no problem with the files that were the remains after uninstallation.
Your bookmarks and other personal data are stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a uninstall and (re) install, but do NOT delete personal data when you uninstall Firefox which removes all Firefox profile folders and you lose your data.
- Download the full Firefox installation program and save the file to the desktop

Greetings,
I need to upgrade my ASUS laptop which is running Windows 7 Home Premium, fully licensed and the COA sticker. I went to the Microsoft site upgrade Express and bought a key specifically to upgrade to Windows 7 Professional W7HP.
When he proceeds to upgrade the message says that I have an incorrect key. I tried the automatic upgrade indicated by the purchase of Microsoft site and also by running the Express upgrade and manually enter the key from the email sent to me by Microsoft.

Thank you for that. I did some more research on the forums then rebooted my machine. The installation is completed successfully. I think that Microsoft should focus on this. Very confusing tell them that this is a key issue when all that is needed is the machine to be restarted. Thanks for your help anyway. See you soon

I have to adjust my cookies and I found the instructions on your site. When I followed the instructions, I found that it seems to an older version and not the new. The privacy settings are not the same because they were once and I can't make changes to cookies may except to remove them.
What I could do, it was to go to the "Firefox" tab in the upper left corner, go to history, clear recent history and so on. I can't make changes to a single cookie. It's all or nothing.
Are there any other ways for me to make the adjustments?
I had and tried to suggest what you say, and it has only caused more problems.
In addition, by clicking on the Firefox button orange > Options, it is not life private, click. Also, I'm supposed to go to ' advanced after Panel go to Options and that too is not available for me to choose. I think that these options would help me with what I'm looking for is that they have implemented the way they used to be. The instructions that the technical team or whoever is responsible for updates of Firefox, is not only a user can follow.

I have two computers in a small home network, both running Windows 7. A laptop and the other a PC. The two appear in the network on each computer. The PC shows it belongs to a homegroup, but when I try and join the laptop to the Homegroup PC, following the instructions, including the seizure of the password, it fails. I want to share photos, files and documents, etc.
Any ideas.

I followed the instructions in the initial Setup. When I add favorites by copying since IE8 on firefox, it is said that they have been added, but when I look in the folder where they were placed, they aren't there. How can I "fix" this problem? Thanks in advance for your prompt response.
If you have problems with importing IE bookmarks in Firefox, then export favorites in Internet Explorer to a HTML file and import this file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
If you don't have the menu bar in Internet Explorer, and then right-click on the toolbar above to activate the menu bar.
- Export Favorites in Internet Explorer to a file (bookmarks.html) HTML:
File > import and export - Import HTML file in Firefox:
Bookmarks > show all bookmarks > import and backup > import bookmarks HTML
See "Import from another browser" and "import from file":

Cannot access information because Adobe has to be updated. Go to "plug in" and follow the instructions and receive the message 'download timeout' each time. Have tried different approaches & anything not working, very frustrated!
In case of problem, you can try to download the latest version of Adobe Reader from the following link. Run the Setup program when Firefox is closed.
Who continues to work as well, you can get it on third following website:

followed the instructions of Mozilla to disable encryption WARNING guests but they keep appearing
Encryption warning boxes keep appearing despite having followed the instructions of Mozilla on how to disable these guests! Can anyone help please.
This particular security warning dialogue cannot be disabled - see the image I downloaded. But you can "continue" by clicking on the Enter key on the keyboard, instead of clicking on the button 'Continue' in this dialog box, so you don't have to use the mouse and take by the hand of the keyboard.
If you're wondering why Mozilla displays this message and does not provide a method to turn it off, do a search for "Firesheep" and "Blacksheep". Users on wireless connections are particularly likely to see their interceptions when the stream of data is not encrypted. There is a false sense of security by a Web site with an encrypted connection to connect to a Web site, but the cookie (which keeps this connection information) the Games Web site is "out in the open" when the connection goes to unencrypted when you leave this login page. This cookie can be used to steal your identity and allows the user to access your account.

I followed the instructions to create a guest account and it says that it does not recognize the user's address or the password.
Hello
1. What is the operating system installed on the computer?
2. are you trying to create or attempt to activate the guest account?
3. How have you tried to create the guest account?
4. What is the exact error you get when you try to create the guest account?
Perform the steps in the articles to create a guest account and check if the problem is solved or not.
Turn the guest account on or off (Windows 7)
Turn the guest account on or off (Windows Vista)

Following the instructions to configure WPA on a WRT54G, but do not get the right screen
I suddenly realized that the password protection, I thought that I had on my network was only my administrative password, so I tried to follow the instructions on how to configure WPA. According to the Article ID 19073, when in Safe Mode, I have to choose "WPA Personal" in the drop down next to 'Security Mode' and after doing so there should be a box called 'pass phrase' where I put my password. However, when I select "WPA Personal" I get a screen that says
WPA algorithms: TKP
WPA Shared Key: a box in which to enter this info, (whatever that is!)
Renewal Group touches a box that says in 3600 and next to the box, "seconds".
But nowhere is a box that says "pass phrase". While in Safe Mode if I had to choose WEP, then I see a screen that provides the box to enter my password. Had such a box is not put at my disposal when I chose WPA Personal.
How should I proceed?
Enter your password in the WPA shared key.

I did everything that was asked to update my acrobat reader, who showed on my computer. When I couldn't do in a first time, I followed the instructions, save it to run first to change browsers, etc. etc. I uninstalled my control panel of my acrobat reader program and NOW I can't open any pdf course or install little matter what I do, and how many times I repeat and change according to their instructions. I'm more than embarrassed because I spent the last 4 hours trying to install it and update or reinstall, etc, etc and I have it in my past as a career. It's a known issue, bug, of course, if someone needs to contact me to Adobe and let me know what they will do about it.
Please help because I know what is happening in the world and I know that Adobe must have a solution outside everything what they propose that do not work.
Thank you to all those who have different ideas of what is happening on the websites of ADOBE
