When I go to my products account it shows acrobat pro XI but won't let me download it. is there somewhere else I need to download
I installed on a computer and now no icon or anything like it either appears to install it. I thought I had to be able to install it on 2 computers

I just bought a new laptop about 4 days ago. It came with 10 Windows. The problem I have is, it does not download anything. I tried to share a youtube video, and it wouldn't let me. Error when trying to install a copy under license of Acrobat Pro XI new ona PC
My old PC Windows 7 had to be replaced and I'm having problems to make my copy under license of Acrobat Pro XI to install on the new PC. I called and spoke with a representative of Adobe support and gave it, asking that I declare the problem on the Forum from Adobe. I've downloaded a copy of Acrobat Pro XI from the link provided, but when I try to install it I get a Setup error: Setup has detected that you already have a more functional product installed. The installation program will end now. I installed a copy of Acrobat Reader DC and DC Acrobat get along until I could get installed copy. Do I need to uninstall both of these first?

Usually, when you to bookmark a page, by selecting the drop down next to the 'file' box, you can press "New folder", and it create a new folder and allow you to name it.
Now, it often does nothing when I press the button, and when it does not have a new folder, it won't let me name. I have to go to my favorites, right click and go to properties and then change the name from there. It is very annoying.

Won't let me download anything not "enough disk space" when I have over 200 GB of available
All of a sudden my late 2011 macbook pro does not allow me to download anything on the internet. It is said there is not enough free disk space to however I have over 200 GB of free. When I look at the internal drive and the drive macbook hard disk, it indicates that the hard disk is completely full when I run disk utility, but the only thing that I should have on my Mac hard drive that has plenty of space. Nothing seems to work. I tried to repair/correction of disk utility and it does not say there is a problem, but obviously something is not seriously. Help, please!

If there is a padlock icon in the lower left corner of the preferences window, click on it to unlock the settings and to authenticate. Turn off the Machine time and then back on. Close the window.
