When I install the laptop blue screen Volume indicator appears
I installed my Vista Express Upgrade of Toshiba and all the drivers on the disc seem to work fine except the Volume indicator, when I install the Volume indicator and then restart my PC blue screens at startup to the top and I have to choose "Last known good configuration" for the PC to start.
Someone else had this problem? is there a solution?

Click Start > right click on computer > left click on properties > see if you have Vista 32 bit or Vista 64-bit installed.
It will also tell you here what Service Packs, if any, are already installed.
Then, choose the download of 'bit' OK to use to install Service Packs, first of all the installation of SP1.

The error you mentioned does not match the description of the usual Windows blue screen errors. When I put this error for a web-search, it has proved to be a common problem with some HP computers. Hmmm, the part of Flash player that runs inside Firefox is a plugin. You mean you get a puzzle piece icon where the Flash Player to appear on the page, or a message on activation of the plugin or update the plugin?

Get the dreaded blue screen at startup. Use Windows XP and my PC of becomes as much as the screen connection, but when I select my login name, that the blue screen appears. If I choose one of the other names the process gets a little further, but the blue screen then appears. I can login in safe mode and that you ran some diagnostic tests, but the problem persists.
