  Could check you whether YouTube is to serve its HTML5 player or the player based on Flash? If you right click on the drive, short a context menu should appear.   You did not indicate EO to leave a copy of messages on the server, so when he downloaded from the server, they have been removed from it.  Go to tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced and check the box leave a copy on the server for the future.

  I suggest that you configure the computer to start in minimum mode, download the update from the Download Center and try to install the update.

  To perform a clean boot on a computer that is running Windows Vista:

  a. Click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

  If you are prompted for an administrator password or a confirmation, type the password, or click on continue.

  b. on the general tab, click Selective startup.

  c. under Selective startup, clear the check box load startup items.

  d. click OK.

  e. When prompted, click on restart.

  f. after the computer starts, check if the problem is resolved.

  If your problem is resolved after the clean boot, and then follow the steps in the following article to narrow down the exact source:

  You can actually return to the 7.0.1 version (which I assume you had). I know many users who have done and is happier with Firefox 7. However, because Firefox 8 took care of some safety and security vulnerabilities, compared to its predecessor, they recommend to have later.

  Personally, I've been happier with Firefox 7 so, but I'm still using Firefox 8 so I can try to resolve some problems and to report. My main problem with Firefox 8 is that it is slower on many sites, including my Hotmail email.
