Before I tell you more, I want to say that my English is bad enough. So please have some compassion...
So here's my problem: I downloaded Adobe's CC and installed it. When he started the only thing I see is a blue loading circle and the CC logo. No more.
I googled like 4 hours and I still don't know how I can fix it. I've probably tried everything to solve this problem, but nothing has worked.

Were you able to solve your problem with the blue cloud loading circle creative? If this isn't the case, have you tried all the troubleshooting steps provided in aid of the document linked to the end of the thread John provides? Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application does not open or shows a spinning wheel of progress. Let us know if you need help.

When I open it it just says: 0% and it will not be updated anything like the apps or anything.

(1) uninstall Adobe CC (https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/uninstall-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html)
(2) restart the machine.
(3) install the latest Adobe Creative cloud version from the link: CC help | Creative cloud desktop

If you're on a Mac, go to your Applications folder and run it from there. Alternatively, you can search in search Spotlight.
If you are on a Windows, navigate to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2015 (or any version of Premiere Pro, you can use). Alternatively, you can look in Windows Start Search or search in all programs

You must download the CS6 with the DVD if you have or the CS6 download link online & then to serialize it.
You can also serialize the CS6 from here:

I've upgraded to a newer version of iTunes. When I opened the new iTunes, all of these songs randomly appeared in my iTunes playlist! I have NO idea where they came from. Why they are on my computer, and how to remove them from my iTunes?
I think iTunes might be showing your iCloud music purchases. Go to the menu bar, and unselect display-> show iCloud music purchases.

When I hit the creative cloud icon it starts updating creative cloud but stops at 2 percent and said to try to connect to the server, and does nothing else. My internet is fine. I have Adobe master collection installed on this laptop. I disabled my firewall to see if that helped, but it does not work.
