I tried several times to uninstall the driver and then install a new versin 14.9, the previous 14.4, support, but still nothing of them worked at all, also I tried to install with win 7 compatibility but it always gets stuck.   Thank you for visiting the Forums HP's Support and welcome. I looked in your question HP Pavilion g6-1045sx laptop and problems with the graphics software. Here are the drivers for your device. I uninstall both and restart the computer, and then reinstall only the AMD. It will include the Amd Graphics Driver and Catalyst Control Center of the computer restart.

  Intel will be installed automatically.

  Here is a link to the HP Support Assistant. Simply download and run the application and it will help with the software and drivers on your system.

  You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop.

  When running a system restore note remove all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.

  Thanks for the file INF. I ck'ed for driver updates and I have the latest drivers installed.  I got the sound working on the TV by hanging the audio output of the PC to the entrance of the TV with the HDMI cable in place for video. It's the simplest solution to this problem, so I took it.

  By the way, I have a Dell 620 with windows 7.
