When I try to activate a CC application it says that I don't have a subscription

I subscribed just to creative cloud, but every time I try to activate my program using my account it says that I don't have a subscription but on my account, it clearly shows I have one and Adobe has already taken the money from my account. It is a very itchy issue and help would be greatly appreciated

Have you tried all of the solutions in the Adobe Creative Cloud applications return mode test after 2015 updated CC? If they do not resolve the problem, please contact customer service to check that your payment has been credited to the account Adobe ID that you use to install applications.
