When I try to watch a flash video, I sometimes tells me that I don't have Adobe Flash.

I used to have adobe 64-bit flash player. now my dell 1558 said series I have a flash drive 32-bit in the control panel even if Ive tried repeatedly download the 64-bit version. When I watch videos from YouTube sometimes it will say that I can't watch it because I need a flash drive and when I followed the link it never installs with success as the occours of problem. also sometimes it says that I don't have the right plug in. im not too special with a laptop so would appreciate any help or advice, thank you very much
