  When you were in properties, try to hit the F5 key to refresh the screen.  Sometimes, it works.

  If you need to activate, at 1 866 530 6364, call the Microsoft Genuine Advantage service.

  They can take the information over the phone and fix the problem.

  Otherwise, you could try to reinstall Windows to see if it appears in the properties.

  I suggest you turn off Auto complete and then check if you face the same problem.

  a. open Outlook Express.

  b. click on Tools.

  c. click on Options.

  d. click the send tab.

  e. uncheck the e-mail address automatically complete when composing box.

  f. click OK.

  Turn Auto complete and test again to see if the behavior is better. To activate it again, follow the same steps as above, but put a check mark in the box.

  As you have lost the product key of the Tower, it is a preinstalled operating system and you will need to contact the manufacturer of your computer.

  They give you a different product key.

  What you can do now is ask them to send you a set of recovery disc for the computer model reinstall the operating system to how it was when new.

  Also while you are in contact with them, if you never receviced a reinstall to purchase drive, ask them how to make the recovery discs to do the same thing, if you still have access to the recovery partition.
