When post cash results will be updated?

Hi Experts,

Customer created bank account transfers, and cash flow. Generated cash.
If generated cash, represent the results of cash Position doesn't work.

According to these, my questions are...

(1) when post cash results will be updated? (They want to know the moment when.)
The calendar when a transfer has been set? or the calendar when creating accounts submitted?

(2) why results of cash does not reflect cash Position?

Kind regards
Rahul

Dear Raju,

There are two different scenarios, bank account transfer:

Case 1: You want to settle the transfer
Case 2: You do not want to pay for the transfer.

If you want to pay for the transfer, you start by creating a payment instruction to the Destination of the Bank (the Bank on which you transfer funds) through the responsibility of fund disbursement from Oracle, and then create a payment. Since it is a payment to your bank to Source Type, after settling the payment, you do the reconciliation for the payment transaction.

If you do not want to pay for the transfer, you need not to create payment instructions. What you need to do is to simply select the option 'No' when creating a transfer on transfer to create screen (or you can also define a model of pament like this in which you select the option 'No'). Then you perform for reception of the Transaction Type reconciliation.

In both cases above, there are two streams:

a. cash paid (to the Destination Bank "account)
b. return of funds (for the bank account of the Source)

Now, before you create the accounting and transfer of GL entries:

1 generate the cash situation for the bank account of the Source. You will see the amount you transferred under the heading 'disbursement.

2. at the same time, generate cash for the Destination bank account and you will see amount transferred under Section influx of cash.

the moment is so "BEFORE EXECUTION CRAETE ACCOUNTING".

See you soon
