  Date and me are dealt with by the network. Try restarting your router/modem...

  Verify that DNS is set to auto

  Found the Solution...

  PPR (profile of payment process) has not been set to check Format selected in the configuration to "Manage the payment Document".

  No sound. There seems to be other audio devices on this computer, a legacy Audio Driver - unknown location. I also have a CD-Rom Mitsumi drive, if that helps. This feature lists location 0 (0). When I go to: Control Panel, sounds and Audio devices, and "Audio" tab all is Ghost and I am unable to change the sound settings. Volume tab says "No. Audio Device" and is also ghost. I have troubleshooted everything and told me that they all work properly. Don't know what to do next.

  It is not like an emergency situation, but I don't know what this symbol on my cell. It is on the right side on the status bar.   I don't know if the content of files is empty or if files have been renamed.  I ran the Windows Fixit but still no Admin Tools and Recycle bin is not fair. I have no idea of what all is not good. I can't defragment because there is nothing in the system folder. I can't restore it.

  I suggest to try the system restore to restore the system to a date before the problem started. Try this...
