When you try to download files from my Shutterfly image I get the message that the files do not exist.

I have check the files and all are jpeg files. What I've done wrong? I'm really tired.

I use Windows XP and have not had this problem before March 2011, but now I do. Names of image files are short and contain no wacky characters.

As an experience... try to copy photos to a new folder
on your desktop... then navigate to this folder from Shutterfly
and see if they will download.
