Whenever I have anything open, it will randomly be deselection as if I clicked outside the window when I don't have
I'm having a little wrong to describe this problem. Whenever something is opened, whether it's a pdf file, web browser, etc., at random points in time everything I use will be deselected as if I clicked on the desktop to stop control everything that is in the window/app, when I have not clicked out of it. It is as detailed as I can do, I don't know much about computers and can find no solution in the forums. Thank you!

You have a laptop by chance? Looks like you're accidentally hit the touchpad with your finger and therefore the development of switching away without realizing it. Its similar to the problem people have when the slider appears 'magical' jump to somewhere else than where they type. If it's happening that the only real cure is to disable the Touchpad and external mouse (which is what most people do).
If it is what do you want / need for instructions to disable the touchpad? Post here with what I can do for you.

Hello, firefox has added its own page of the new tab with the release of firefox 13 (for more information, see customize the page new tab), he has probably replaced the newtaburl parameters. You can try reinstalling the NewtabUrl 2.2.3 extension and put your new custom tab page.

you have a problem with my Windows laptop that left me speechless.
I would really appreciate if someone could provide a solution or any ideas where to start fixing this, as I get close to return to the previous backup full system, but reluctant to do so as I have never done it before so I'm worried if it really works as supposed (Macrium and Ping).

All users of Windows XP (SP3) restricted accounts open all of a sudden 'Map network drive' by clicking on the desktop and the "research" by clicking on any folder, including My Documents.
However, all accounts administrator work as before and also user accounts work like so usual, they are included in the Administrators group, with respect to the clicks of the workstation and records.

Noticed that the small group 'Users' did not have access to "Drive". Grant read access, even as the "directory" and other registry keys next to them, for "users".
Now see the values of registry as a limited user, but the problem persists. Do you really know what to try next, after spending hours Googling for answers.

@=""It seems that I managed to solve the problem on my own. Did two things:
1 set the registry keys determine programs associated objects 'Répertoire', 'Drive' and 'File' to the default values by using the settings found here: http://www.dougknox.com/xp/file_assoc.htm

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Folder\2. If you want to have permissions for group 'Users' to read all these keys in the registry. For some reason any access worked only partly for standard users.
Not sure who finally solved this problem, but after I had finished 1. and 2. for the purpose of 'Record', by clicking on 'My computer' and any folder works normally for all users of the computer.
I suspect that some recent installation of program which adds actions associated with these objects messed up the registry. Suspects are Norton Antivirus and dbPowerAmp.

Whenever I do a right-click in the windows Explorer, I get "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close". Tried system restore, but I get cannot restore at this opoint. Nothing to restore. And that was only 1 week. And it's the first date, I remember that she had no problems

I saw that error and even if it says access denied it will actually save your changes. After you disable all move forward and apply then restart and see if it kept the changes. I click on the shortcut to Thunderbird and Windows tells me immediately that the program has stopped working. He then tells me that "a problem caused blocking the program works correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Is there a solution for this? If this is not the case, should I download the latest version of Thunderbird? The new version will automatically find my settings? Obviously I can't automatically upgrade if the program closes before I open it!

Since we don't know anything about your system, I'll give you some instructions which will work for XP Service Pack 3.
To install the fax of XP with no CD Service, download the version of Service Pack 3 to XPFax.zip since my SkyDrive and extract/unzip the file in a folder on your desktop or somewhere on your system to a folder name, you can remember (there are 35 files in zip archive).
During the installation of the XP Fax Services and it asks you your installation CD, change the location of the file to point to the folder where the 35 files on your system. Whenever the installation asks you for a file on your CD, change the location to look in the folder XPFax, until the installation is complete.
Restart and test.
Here's how to get the file XPFax.zip from my SkyDrive:
I downloaded a copy of XP Pro SP3 files you need on my SkyDrive (everyone has a SkyDrive for file sharing).

When you see the files available for download, you will not see the file extension (.exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip etc), but when download you them they will have the right extension (most of the time).
When you download the file (especially if you use Internet Explorer), when you get a chance to save the file, it cannot save the file with an extension (such as .exe, .dll, .cpl, .sys, .zip, etc) then you will need to manually add the extension appropriate to the file when you download the file before you save it.
You can download the file without the extension, and then rename the file to add the appropriate extension. You don't want to use a file called XPFax when the name of the file should really be called XPFax.zip (if the downloaded file has no extension you will need to change the name of the file to add the appropriate extension to run).

When I usually go on Yahoo Mail, I can click just the zone user ID and the ID information and password will like Firefox has that information already saved. This function ceased with the update for Firefox 24. Information ID and user password are always saved in FireFox.
What happens is that if I go to Tools/Options/menu security and then close it and then try to load the Yahoo mail and click on the form for this, the auto complete. If I leave this page and return that information will not load unless I open the menu Options again.
This update seems to have broken the auto complete function.
1. the action of double-clicking on Yahoo ID double clicking on password and then double click on Yahoo new ID works.
2. Alternatively, double click on password and clicking on Yahoo ID also worked.
3. Finally as a testing final, double click only on Yahoo ID also worked by putting in place all the identifiers.
Update @ 20:30: after having disconnected for about 3 hours, it did not work even after double clicking on one Yahoo ID, but it worked when I clicked on password first, then on second Yahoo ID or Yahoo ID, password, then Yahoo ID again.
This method worked for me, as I have tested several times using the 3 methods above. Clicking on a my choice ID be AutoFill the password.
I used one click Yahoo ID and all IDS will show, but since v23 it didn't have it done. Controlled for a solution in the internet that called for a temporary solution as once Yahoo Mail is closed after a session, it will not display the ID unless he (and password) is entered manually for the new session.
Now, it's just double click Yahoo ID for me to log-in to my Yahoo Mail account.

So I have a laptop Dell XPS L702X (win7.64) and a surface of two Microsoft pro running the same version of FF same Favorites and everything. I went through all the settings on both and against all. Put both be exactly the same. But on my laptop (since the last update), I can not open a new tab by clicking on the + or using ctrl + shift + P. Nothing works. (1) in a new tab, type or paste Subject: config in the address bar and press ENTER. Click on the button promising to be careful.

(3) double-click dom.disable_window_move_resize preference from false to true.
