· What is the number and the model of the computer?
If you are using a portable computer, make sure that your laptop battery is charged and/or the power supply is correct. If the problem is not with the power supply while the issue might be with the BIOS. You can get in contact with the manufacturing system to get the updated BIOS update or reset to default values and check if it helps.
Caution:
- Be careful when you change the BIOS settings. The BIOS interface is designed for advanced users, and it is possible to change a setting that can prevent your computer from starting properly.
- BIOS update should be made only if necessary (to solve a compatibility problem, for example). It can be a complicated process, and if an error occurs, your computer could be rendered inoperative. Be sure to observe the instructions of the manufacturer.

So you're saying there are no icons on the desktop, but you have a taskbar, or is there nothing at all, just the basic desktop image?
It works in safe mode? If you can login, update your AV package and run a full scan of AV. also download, install, update (updated by right-clicking on its icon and 'run as administrator' then go to the update tab) and run a complete scan with free malwarebytes. just in case it is a malware attack. (Also see below for the account of user if safe mode works, and you have even a taskbar in 'normal' mode).
If mode 'normal' Windows (where you do not have any text on the desktop) you have a task bar, try to create a new user account (
). Set up a new user account and restart the PC and log into that. Is it OK? Another thing to try if you can access it via safe mode or the new user account, is the old favorite, to analyze a SFC/scannow , at least try safe mode IF safe mode does not work.
Finally, if you cannot access the computer at all, the Samsungs usually come with an integrated system based on restoration (as usually, they do not come with windows discs). Access this and do a system restore. First try the one who should leave your data intact, and if that doesn't work try the full restore falling you "one day" - NOTE: you will lose your data with this option.

Are you sure you're not sitting on your Wacom or something? This could be a Wacom mouse, keyboard problem or some strange interim to the top of your OS. did you reboot your software? If this does not work, then restart the computer. try to check your mouse, keyboard, wacom - I had situations that a crumb of bread has been stuck somewhere and I thought that someone hacked into my PC.
If all else fails, try resetting your preferences of Ctrl + Alt + Maj + launch of Ae App and click OK to restore preferences.

2. are you able to scan or print from the computer to which the printer is connected?

If the failure occurs when you change a particular clip then remove it and re-import that clip. If it happens on several clips then I copy all the items in the timeline panel, create a new project and paste there the clips. If it persists in the new project try to open iMovie, hold down the command and option and delete the preferences.
