I have a hp laptop with Windows 8.

Whenever I turn my laptop on, it flashes with a blue message appearing saying "your PC came across a problem..." »

I tried repeatedly pressing f8 as soon as I start my pc, however nothing appears when I try this.

Is that what I can do to fix this?
