Where are actions stored locally for Photoshop on a Mac (OS 10.9) CC?

I have looked everywhere (on my hard drive to boot) and cannot locate where Photoshop CC guard actions locally. Even if I'm serving Adobe Cloud synchronization, I guess there must be a local version somewhere.

When you record steps, you save it in any folder you want, just the default value is

/Users/ [user name] / Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop CC 2014 / Presets / Actions

If you do not save any of your actions on the Panel shares, while they "he's probably just be in the Actions.psp file

It's always a good idea to save the custom actions do you (except shares in the drop-down panel actions), so you know where they

are for future use and do not rely on them remain in the file Actions.psp or creative cloud sync services.

It seems that if you sync the actions using the creative cloud, it transfers only on the Actions.psp.

The actions on that you synchronized should then appear in the Panel actions and then register them manually

If you want them to appear in the Panel fly-out menu actions.

For me, I would rather to put all my custom stuff manually in a safe rather than depend on all automatic synchronization

or the migration of presets, etc.
