  It sounds like you already have the correct settings. But, at the bottom of this KB is a statement about the external link images... If the image is linked to the outside rather that integrated, you will still need to manually get the image.

  Thank you all for all your suggestions and ideas. Finally, I went on the site Web SprintPCS, my career and discovered that I had major updates that had not been updated. I did both in the order they came out and it fixed everything. Others that I lost everything in my calendar, everything works. No hourglass and everything seems to work a little faster. They were all the updates for my Blackberry Desktop Manager! Thank you all for all your help with my problem!

  I have a blackberry curve and when I was originally looking to buy a blackberry with Verizon, one of the people who worked there showed me the Pandora and really liked.  I ended up going not not Verizon, but with a local company because they had free blackberries and it was a cheaper switch.  But when I tried to download it, it wouldn't work because I wasn't one of the most important companies.  Someone at - it suggestions on what I can do?  Or am I basically screwed because I'm not with big companies?

  Bell has recently migrated their e-mail servers - and in order to get email on my BB 99003 G, I need to know how to change the e-mail servers. Instructions for the 9900 4 - indicate there is a field of options under connection information... but the advanced options is not avsilable on my BB9900 3 G I do also need to uncheck "use SSL"... I don't know where that is.  Any help would be appreciated

  This error often occurs when one tries, while USB attached to a PC, use the PC/browser interface web AppWorld. I recommend untether and rather use the AW interface on the device.

  any other phone, I've always used Accuweather, but this view does not support with the new storm that came out.  I mean you can go for accuweather on the Web, but it's not the same.

  How to cancel a download App World?

  I had Viigo installed, but then noticed today that the version offered in AppWorld is newer than the one I had.  So, I chose to download (I thought that it odd that he did not 'Upgrade').  However, Viigo now sits at the top of the list for My World saying "Starting download" it has been like this for about 7 hours now and there is no way to cancel!

  I tried to reboot (using QuickPull), I uninstalled/reinstalled AppWorld to nothing does not.  I was able to remove Viigo from my app list (settings > advanced > Applications >), but now he's always sitting there churning.

  Please help, it's killing my battery.

  Also - a side bar, I have a few apps that I had once downloaded and installed successfully I uninstalled since then, they are still sitting in my world with status "uninstalled".  As far as I see it, there is no way to clean.  Very frustrating.

  another user has found a solution to this problem and displayed in these forums. The main idea is to clear the cache of the AppWorld:

  1. open the App World
  2. go to my world
  3. clear the cache:

  -For the storm & Pearl devices: show the keyboard, hold down the num-lock ("! 123") key so that it locks and then press the three characters: 3 4 ( ).
  -For other devices: hold down the ALT key and press the three keys R S T

  4. If your devie is locked after that, do a battery pull reboot.
