  Try this:

  1. go to http://stock.adobe.com

  "2 Select" ""license history " in the drop-down menu directly under your username at the top right of the page.

  3. click on the ID of the desired image in the list that appears for the detail of the image.

  4. choose 'save to office' (or 'Save to CC Library') [re-] download the full high resolution image.

  I downloaded the complete installation of the software and drivers for the printer/scanner HP DeskJet F4580 several times now, and every time that it only downloads the driver, it does not download the solution Center I need to scan! All the help sections I've read say that the Solution Center is included in this download full (from the HP website), but it does not work when I try.   Sounds like you have met an incomplete installation. Try the following to clean drivers and allow a new installation.

  If the software has been downloaded and extracted to your system:

  1. type % temp % in the field of race

  2. Locate and open the folder starting with 7z (example: 7zS2356)

  3 open the Util folder

  4 open the CCC folder

  5. If you have an HP computer, run the L3uninstall.bat. If you have a computer not HP, run the L4uninstall.bat

  6. once the uninstall is complete, restart the computer

  7 run the Accessories\ System Tools Disk Cleanup

  8. download and install the latest version of Adobe flash player

  The password to activate a HH on BES will work once in total!

  So, if you previously enabled, you can not use the same password again once!

  You will need to contact your BES administrator and get them to reset your password to activate BES Acct.

  They can put the same password you have used before, but it's still a single-use password.

  Once your handet has activated this password cannot be reused.

  I was asked by the representative of cat to wait 2-3 hours because Adobe and related services were the maintenance of the system and IT / Web team worked on that.  I have a transcript of the chat conversation.
