I tried several solutions but not worked. time holds as long as the used laptop however wake up after sleep time shows right from the start of the commissioning (sometimes for seconds, sometimes for a few minutes) and sets then went back to a wrong value. I checked the weather it is time windows or time of bios, actually, it was the time of bios that changes after getting return of mode 'sleep' and windows after the bios later time, and if I want to correct then I have to restart, go to configuration, change time bios and then continue until the next time...

  battery 1-i bios modified by a new Dell... unsolved problem
  2 - Dell has provided new motherboard with a new battery (verified) and the last update of the bios > problem unsolved
  3 went to services.msc and turned on/start/stop windows.time service > problem still there
  4 enabled auto-sync > problem unsolved

  y at - it an idea about this problem? in fact I ve called Microsoft but they replied that time BIOS cannot be changed or affected through Windows because windows does not have access to the bios time, however after change of motherboard (changed with a new one) is it a physical cause for this problem?

  Step 2: Download the SOFTWARE of easy Capture of the pilot site above.
  Right-click on the Setup file and select Properties, then select the Compatibility tab, check the box nex to run this program in compatibility mode for: menu drop-down select Windows XP (Service Pack 3) then click apply then OK and try to restart the installation.

  A little history: I recently bought a version of Win7 to a Z930 in Auckland from PB Tech shop. I've updated to a clean version of Win8 64-bit. My Win8 seems works ok but I noticed something strange in the Toshiba PC Health Monitor - apparently the Toshiba HDD/SSD Alert is not installed, so I don't understand not his iconic display in the health monitor (but the health monitor think my SSD is in "Good" shape - maybe it's reading the INTELLIGENT of my SSD interface, or maybe it's just saying 'Good' because the integrity monitor is apparently able to operate?)

  I can easily find different versions of the Toshiba HDD/SSD Alert Utility in questionable Web sites - download, but I really prefer to get my Toshiba support drivers. Which leads to my question:
