Out of nowhere everything on my screen is HUGE... How can I fix it?

Mouse, fonts, icons, windows, everything is huge... Everywhere that I checked was my settings at the lowest possible... any help?

1. open settings display by clicking the Start button, clicking Control Panel, appearance and personalization, customization, and then clicking display settings.

2. pursuant to the resolution, move the slider to the desired resolution, then click apply
