  Thank you for your comments. I use the dial upward. However, my PC does not connect to broadband, even with direct Ethernet cable connection or adapter wireless Netgear WPN111, I used happily with XP on the same computer. Device Manager displays the PCI as incompatible. FYI, I downloaded and installed the latest drivers for the wireless card.

  Install the following:

  • Dell system software
  • Intel Chipset Device Software

  Dell systems must run more stably once they installed. I would remove the modem PCI card.

  Intel Pro/100 VE Ethernet should work natively with Windows 7 as Windows 7 has built-in driver:

  This article from Epson says that the driver is included in Windows 7.

  I don't see any info out there that clearly explains how to add it.  It simply States that you must go to "add a printer".  Looks like you already did this well.

  You will need a USB cable to connect the camcorder to the computer. You can directly connect the USB cable which you would have received with the camcorder and would appear as a plug-and-play device. If you have the software Camcorder installed on the computer, it will directly load the default drivers when you connect the camcorder.

  If the USB generic drivers are unable to load when you connect the camera, check if the camcorder is compatible with Windows 7.

  Hello. My PC is not a FireWire device because the FireWire card does not fit after I installed 2 video cards for crossfire, so the way to there, to capture video with my camera HD is on my Mac via FireWire. The problem is that video files captured on

My ideal configuration is one where I use the Mac simply to capture, and I say video programs like QuickTime or iMovie, to record the video captured on my pc (because my pc and Mac are connected via Ethernet). If I install first items in my Mac, will be able to capture in a way that makes the videos compatible with premiere elements on my PC?

  I had the same problem when my old ant crashed the laptop a new was not equipped with firewire.

  As I use Elements I installed the software on 2 computers: my iMac and my Windows PC.

  It's perfectly legal, you can have the software on 2 personal equipment if you do not use at the

  same time (it's an installation DVD in my case) with a single license.

  When I capture on MAC with Premiere Elements, mpg files are created. You can use them to clip PC editing.

  In some cases I use iMovie to capture software natively time code splitting, that you can not with

  Elements with HDV footage. In this case, I need to convert files (with MPEG Streamclip) to be able to change

  with other software.

  ATR: it is a classic in Mac environment, because problem as the MPEG2 codec is not natively installed on the system,

  for the sake of license. You can buy an add-on (component MPEG2 Quicktime for Mac) on the apple store to be able to read MPEG2

  format QuickTime or iMovie, but it does not allow to write in this format. Apple has specific format used for HDV formats

  capture (a kind of extended MPEG2) in order to have the modification of the file with the HDV participation with iMovie.

  Thanks for the link, I was able to download AR816X_V.0.14.15_WHQL.

  The driver works for Windows 2008 Server R2.  I just need to find the drivers for the wireless card.

  To answer your question - YES - but you must use the HP software and drivers, not one provided by Microsoft.

  You must download and install full feature software and drivers for the printer.

  Then unplug the printer and install the software.

  Do reconnect the printer until the installation program invited to do so.

  Once the installation is complete, restart.

  You should then be able to use your printer in Win10.
