  If you cannot use this method because what did your friend, your options are...

  • Pay Sony for media recovery
  • A base Windows installation followed by installing specific Sony drivers and software from their Web site.

  Hello rmh56, what would be a little difficult to determine, given that every computer comes with different programs.

  I have no way of knowing how to determine which programs can be prevented from leaving on a particular computer.

  You can try unchecking each of those entries one at a time and restart the system, or log and see if the programs perform normally, but this could be a very long process.

  Unless you are certain that a program is not necessary, I would leave checked.

  I just checked my startup programs and I shows that I have 15 startup programs.

  This doesn't seem to affect my system performance at all. I check all out them.

  Factory ready I guess they mean fresh out of the shrink wrap, as the Bill amounted to more than 140 dollars to form the LCD. I never asked who should be replaced. It is not even mentioned. But without the replacement of 'essential' (the screen is coating disappears, it is not broken) all other work was denied. It is apparently impossible for technicians to make Judgment calls.

  Long story short, do anyone know where I can order a new set of rubber for the NEX-7 grip, because the sony repair center refuses to do?

  It isn't really a question of what HP is recommended. Your concern should be what the CPU manufacturer lists as Tjunction for the CPU.

  If your laptop is the Intel Core i7-2630QM installed then lists Intel 100 c as TJunction. I found the technique for your laptop here. You should be concerned if you see time > 85 degrees Celsius. Here is a link to Intel for your processor plug.
