  YES! As Andre also noted. You must activate Home Premium with his first touch, then simply use the key to upgrade Express to go Pro. Pro is already part of Home Premium and the key to upgrade Express just unlocks.

  I just bought a Toshiba Satellite Pro L300 and informed me that I qualify for the free upgrade to Windows 7.
  However, whenever I try and enter the SN ID, I get the message "SNID not allowed!
  I left 3 messages with Teck Wah (the company that manages this update for Toshiba) and no return call yet.
  No idea how the model number and serial are supposed to be cited when I complete the registration form online?

  Figured it out.  in the toolbar, select settings and change to 'use Classic mode. Frustrating.

  Looks like I answer to myself.

  Took me some time and a lot of trial and error to find the solution.

  Apparently the Adobe Application Manager was altered and reported everything to be up-to-date.

  I had a previous cs6 desktop installation when I installed CC. This must have caused havoc.

  After you have uninstalled CS6 and everything I had installed CC, I ran the Adobe cleaner.

  Then a new installation of CC and voila! Everything works as it should again.
