Where did the user profile folder located on Firefox Mobile?
I develop a plugin for "Firefox for Android" and I need to create a folder with files to my plugin. I'm doing it: https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Code_snippets/File_I_O
BUT I can't check ir directory has already been created. Where can I see the "ProfD" on Android? I have read a different answers on the Net saying this is in:
/Data/data/org.Mozilla.Firefox/files/Mozilla/?. by default.
But when I opened my Android file manager, there is no data/data directory. There is only one of the data / and not mozilla in there.
Help!
I solved the problem. As says "madperson", my browser does not allow me to see the files. I therefore decided to use ADB to browse files. I had a few problems, but I could do with it:
- . / adb devices
- . / adb shell
- Su

Before to access my photos, it would be on the left side of my finder where it says Documents, downloads, ect. After the update this file as well as the 'music' is over. Can someone please tell me where it is that I have to go to find these files. Have looked around, I can't find them. Thank you!

Calculate the size of the user profile folders in Windows 7
Hello
I just wanted to calculate the size of the user profile folders in Windows 7 then I wrote a VBScript script that accepts the path of the file whose size is a subfolder must be calculated (in my case - C:\Users). The script runs without error, however, in the output that is a log file, I get the error 'Permission denied' instead of the size of the file. The script works very well under Windows XP where user profiles in "C:\Documents and settings".
Then can someone suggest a method to work around this additional security & get the user profile folder sizes in Windows 7 please?
Thank you.

Windows continues to change user profile folder
Hi all
I'm facing a real headache. My computer continues to change user profiles folder every restart 2 or 3. For example, my user name is MSF\Bob. The user profile folder has been C:\Document & Settings\Bob. After a restart, Windows create a C:\Document & Settings\Bob.MSF then Bob.MSF.000 and Bob.MSF.001 folder and so on.
Someone has an idea why this is happening and how I can prevent this?
I thank very you much in advance!
Best regardsEasy question to answer. You simply have a corrupted profile.
When Windows detects a corrupted profile, it automatically generates a temporary with names profile as you describe. Usually, these profiles are deleted when you connect your computer turned off, but not always. The solution is quite simple. You just need to recover your corrupt profile. There are two general approaches. One is to do a system restore to a point in time before the profile was first damaged. The other usually involves the creation of a new user and moving profile data on to the new user (you may reset some of your settings). To do this, choose one of the following articles and follow through:

Cannot connect to admin account (the user profile Service failed)
Hi all
When I try to access my admin account, well I typed my password, BUT this message appears:User profile service failed
User profile cannot be loadedI can get my guest very well account, but can not use my admin... anything that can help please!
Anyone who can help would be greatThis problem may occur if the user profile folder is deleted manually. A profile that is manually deleted does not remove the security identifier (SID) of the list of profiles in the registry. If the SID is present, Windows will try to load the profile by using the ProfileImagePath that points to a nonexistent path. Therefore, the profile cannot be loaded. To resolve this problem, see here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215

original title: where is the location of the Outlook.pst file in Windows 7?
I want to copy my Outlook.pst to my desktop (Windows XP Pro) data to my laptop. Outlook displays the outlook.pst file which will be located in the "C:\Users\Specific User\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook" folder on my laptop. However, when I try to access this folder in Windows Explorer, the AppData folder does not appear in the user specific folder. I find in my office because Windows XP does not hide it, but he must hide in the Windows 7 operating system on my laptop. How can I get it so that I can copy the file outlook.pst from my desktop to my laptop? If the file is hidden, is there an easier way to copy outlook data from one computer to another?

Hello, I'm having intermittent problems with logging in my Windows 7 computer.
Often after reboot due to applications of Windows Update or any simply restart after the holidays, I have the following message on trying to connect:
"The service user profile Service has no logon. The remote procedure call failed and did not execute. "
When I click 'OK', the machine disconnects and try to restart. This can occur 2 to 5 times before _works_ . But sometimes it happens at all. And sometimes he _partially_ connects, but my "reminder" and the "Sidebar Gadgets' not loading not correctly and I get a different RPC error - for example, I lived once a message RPC over Skype cannot work because the remote procedure call failed.
I'm fairly certain that it is different from the frequently reported issue 'profile of corruption', which was experienced by others. This problem manifests itself as 'the user profile Service does not log. The user profile could not be loaded "and is reported as a blocking problem consistently reproducible which is set by the 'fixing' of the profile.
However, the issue I feel is clearly related to an RPC problem is intermittent and not consistent - maybe one of my devices is not reset properly? Where I can look in the logs of Windows, to provide relevant information on this subject?
Because my computer was still under warranty, I have raised the issue of Dell and they removed the damaged system file (user account) last week.
I hope that this will finally fix the problem (previously the error message disappear and reappear after a few weeks later.) I'll give it a few more weeks to be sure.

I use Vista Home Premium
- Windows automatically updated and turn off the power.
- I couldn't connect, it says that the service user profile service does not logon. User profile cannot be loaded.
- Then I deleted my user profile in SafeMode by doing: 'make right click on computer - properties - settings - advanced - user - deleted my old account profile settings '. There is no option for me to "keep my files."
- Then I managed to connect, I guess having creates a default user account? Because there is a new folder in C:\Users\, called (former name). (old name) - PC. In C:\Users\(old name), it is empty.
Now, all my original files are gone because I deleted my old user profile. The size of my c: drive-has not changed much, so I guess all my files are still in only my computer, it's just that I can't find their "PATH". How could I get re-navigate to all my files? I need them so badly.
Thank you very much for the one who can help me.

The user profile Service has not logon.
I just added a new HD and a new installation of my HP Win7-64. I had to remove the disc and go back where I was before the update of the material. Finished with a dual boot? Win Vista - Win 7 (recovered) in the script. When I boot Vista (although it looks like Win7 and says on the screen) I get on ok but when I try to choose the Win7 (recovered) I get a failure at the level of the Office of logon "user profile service doesn't have the logon - user profile cannot be loaded.» The user is "Tom." I look at profiles of properties-user-computer and see C:\users\Tom - C:\users\updatus to-C:\users\Admin. I remove the Admin because it was the only one that Windows would allow me to remove. That did not help the problem of logon. I looked in the registry and see user users\Tom & users\updatus it. Another road, that I took was advanced system settings. -Prof. of the user and I saw 'by default profile - 14/09/09 - Home\Tom - 11/12/12 & Home\Updateus User - 11/12/12. (1) what should I do with this problem of user profile and how do I get the ability to dual boot with Vista or Win7.
Thank you...

Unable to load the user profile?
I tried command prompt, changes in safe mode, go to the control panel and changed the .bak thing, but it did not always help! It is on my ADMIN account, and all about it is blocked. I have windows vista basic, it connects but not a lot of my files or programs loading, then I get a pop up one down left corner of the screen that says "the user profile service failed" or something in that sense. I did a backup of my files. How can I solve this problem?... is there a way I can do without running a system restore
Hello
1st thing to try is the system in safe mode restore to before the problem
http://www.windowsvistauserguide.com/system_restore.htm
If necessary do in safe mode
Windows Vista
Using the F8 method:
- Restart your computer.
- When the computer starts, you will see your computer hardware are listed. When you see this information begins to tap theF8 key repeatedly until you are presented with theBoot Options Advanced Windows Vista.
- Select the Safe Mode option with the arrow keys.
- Then press enter on your keyboard to start mode without failure of Vista.
- To start Windows, you'll be a typical logon screen. Connect to your computer and Vista goes into safe mode.
- Do whatever tasks you need and when you are done, reboot to return to normal mode.
If that does not solve it read more
read the tutorial below

The user profile Service has no logon (for the 2nd time)
I have Windows Vista, and this is the 2nd time in a few months this product. The first time that I could remedy this by following this tutorial.http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/130095-user-profile-service-failed-logon-user-profile-cannot-loaded.html
But I can't do it twice, because I already have a folder with a .bk to the end and the other without the .bak. So I can't rename the files, so neither solutions work. And I can't do a system restore because it screws my McAfree upward. Please can someone help me?
Hello
The .bk is only a backup on the 1st operation comes off so you can listen to.
You can also use .bz (or something else) instead of .bk to this effort. The important
part is to save the old profile before you rename the .bak.BTW, there is a good chance that McAfee is the first cause, or at least getting worse, this question
to verify the message options.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
