Where is Geo Locaiton preferences saved site?
I work for a library, and we have a custom profile for our audience when using Firefox. We have a set homepage link that asks the user to share their location. I want to know what file is that the information recorded on so I can set the preference of location geo homepage in advance.
All these Site preferences are stored in the database permissions.sqlite file in the Firefox profile folder.
You can control and manage permissions for the domain in the tab currently selected through these steps:
- Click the address bar onthe Site identity button"(globe/lock)
- Click on 'More information' to open ' tools > Page Info "with the Security tab is selected
- Go to the permissions tab (Tools > Page Info > permissions) to inspect the permissions for the domain currently selected tab

In preferences-saved passwords for Chrome://weave (Services of Mozilla password) and Mozilla Services Encriptación Passphrase) what are these and are they necessary?
If you define a sync and create a new account to sync or connect to an existing synchronization account then Firefox stores the credentials (name, password and key Sync) in password manager to allow to connect to this account when you start Firefox.
If you remove these entries in password manager then sync will stop working and you will have to set up the synchronization again. -

Where can I find free Web site templates to use in Muse?
Personally, I use http://musegrid.com for templates I might need. They are very high quality and often use more of their custom widgets, of course, you can easily use in any site thereafter.

I had a hard drive crash in windows xp and have reinstalled windows xp and dreamweaver 3. I have a backup of all my files in dreamweaver 3, from the old machine, for example & sitename.dws, & sitename Changed.txt & sitename Live.dws, sitename Changed.txt. I would have all my preferences, ftp, restored etc info but could not find any documentation on how to do this in Dreamweaver 3.
I tried to replace the following files with the backup versions:
C:\Progam Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver3\Configuration\SiteCache
C:\Program Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver3\Configuration\SourceFormat.txt
as these are the only files I've seen which seemed to have been edited using Dreamweaver on the XP machine before the drive failure.
Is there any Dreamweaver 3 documentation on the preference files names, site files and how to replace the default install files with backup versions?
Any help is sincerely appreciated that I was not able to understand it on my own. I considered just replace all the DW install files with my backup, but that would probably spoil the registry and I can't chance that.
Ultimately I've move into CS5.5 - if ever I my backup the information in my newly installed Dreamweaver 3, is there a way to migrate these preferences, the site info, etc. to CS5.5?
The 'Put' creates a subdirectory in the file root on the host computer.
This means that your site definition is not correct. The path to your local root folder should point in the directory "hostsave. In other words, hostsave directory * IS * your local root folder. That being the case, it should not appear in your panel of DW files when you connect to the local site EXCEPT on the very high-end. It should not appear in any link in any file in the site. The definition of remote site should just be www.example.com for your remote FTP server and the directory of the host must be "web".
Who should you get.

Firefox (on laptop that died) used to remember where to save the files in a given Web site (probably an addon I downloaded), but I did not now add what he was. Did anyone else enjoy this feature? What addon adds this feature?
See, e.g., download sort:
- https://addons.Mozilla.org/en-us/Firefox/addon/automatic-save-folder/
The current versions of Firefox remember the directory to download, based on the URL.

Last week, maybe since I downloaded a new update of Firefox my cookies are removed whenever I have close or restart Firefox. I deleted the cache and my tracking setting is to "don't tell sites anything on the follow-up of my" although I also tried other settings of follow-up as well. I have "accept cookies' checked that I have"accept third-party cookies"to never. I l "Keep Unti" to "they expire", I removed all extensions. All of a sudden it started to happen about a week ago even though I do not remember change parameter or install any other software. The problem seems to only affect Firefox Safari remembered my etc. ID online. Is there a bug in the latest update of Firefox for Mac desktop computers?

In Firefox, where Internet Explorere favorites are saved?
In Firefox under the "Bookmarks" tab, I have 'Favorites' Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer. Where the "Favorites" in Internet Explorer are saved (path) on the hard drive? Where are the "Favorites" Mozilla Firefox saved (path) on the hard drive?
Firefox 3 stores bookmarks and the browser history in places.sqlite and either creates a backup default HTML.
There are also backups JSON (five) in the bookmarkbackups folder in the Firefox profile folder.See:

Hello
Running Dreamweaver on CC. I updated yesterday and now when I go to 'Manage the Sites' the window is empty. In the local files on the right side window, it shows all my folders starting with "Computer" as the root. I really want to avoid having to add to each site (with the news server etc.). I can't see an .ste file in one of the site folders. Nothing appears in the preferences that will allow me to set the path to the folder that contains all the files of my site. Can anyone help?
Thank you
Judith
He chalked it up to a lesson learned
Once your sites are defined immediately export them in files STE.
