  The country store & the Adobe ID, payment details must be same.

  For tax reasons, it is not possible to change the country associated with an existing Adobe ID. To work around the problem, you can create a new Adobe ID to the e-mail address associated with your existing Adobe ID see the link for instructions:

  check your directory program files adobe > first pro cs6 > first pro.exe file.

  (restart the cc app will probably also work.)

  I just downloaded the demo for first Pro CC 2014 and started working on the beginner tutorials. Loading videos in PPCC, they play back very dark black and white. Audio is good but the video is barely visible.

  I use the tut files from prod_cc_learn_pr_getstarted. Videos look in Windows media player and VLC, there seems to be something to do with the way PPCC is rendered.

  Is there any configuration that I need to change or what material?

  My GPU is a little and not supported by Adobe, but I thought that software rendering would continue to operate.

  I have no problem with the video in Pinnacle studio or studio GoPro.

  I have three computers... one office (at work), a laptop (at home) for heavy editing and a portable small for editing in the field.

  I have no problem with your license, but if you want to call it Cloud, I should be able to use of whatever the Pc I use - as long as I don't use it on one at the same time.

  You should change the title of "Designer Collection" (or something like that), or give the possibility to the user to install on multiple computers.

  There is no cloud creative cloud. If the cloud is to store files, I have many other possibilities (for example. Dropbox) to do this.

  Just a little sigh from me.

  I recommend you follow the troubleshooting steps shared here to fix exit code 147: Exit Code 147 for Adobe first Pro CC (2015.3)
