Where is the Convert function in DW?

I want to convert web pages in HTML 5, but I could not find the option "Convert" in the file menu.

The "Convert" function is no longer supported in DW?

I do not remember a feature ' file > convert ' in the program, but maybe it's just because I've always used the following...

To change a page existing coding HTML5 to html4, xhtml, etc., you can...

1. open the page in DW

2. click on modify > Page Properties > title/encoding > change the Document Type (DTD) of HTML 5 drop

3. valve apply then OK

4. Rinse and repeat for all pages of a site

To change the default encoding of new pages that you create with DW...

1. go in Edition > Preferences > new Document

2. change the drop Type of default Document (DTD) in HTML5

3. valve apply, then close

  • Where control the summary function in 10.8.5?

I want applications do not reopen when I restart my machine. I'm running 10.8.5, and when I watched it live, I saw people talking by disabling the Resume function in the General window in system preferences. The problem is my general preferences window is not! It looks like not people of screenshots are displayed. I don't know I'm missing something simple, but: How can ensure me that my various applications don't you open every time that I reboot? I don't mean those in the login items - I have a few utilities in there (like Growl, etc.) and those who are very good.  But what he does now is open to things such as Microsoft Word, Photoshop, etc that are not in my list of Login, but were rather things that I had worked on (but closed!) until I rebooted the machine. Where can I control this behavior in 10.8.5? Here is my general window:

When you shut down the computer, on the closure of the warning screen, make sure that the box to reopen applications (not exact wording) is not checked.

  • Where is the inverse function in Windows 7 paint program?

In the new program paint in windows 7 How can you reverse the image? CTRL + i no longer works and I can't find the function. This is a feature that I use extensively to create complex abstract images and I am wondering where is this feature?

Your not fake - they forgot to put it in.

New windows paint is actually a program .net - the old paint bitmap has completely disappeared... and that includes the actual executable file for her...

mspaint.exe is now definitely a totally different program - so, even if you try to copy the old mspaint.exe in the system32 folder it will clear a new one that is named the same.

I do not know what dependencies had the old mspaint.exe (some dll somewhere - but I don't think - it's a program simple such as Notepad, doing all the way back in win3, changed over time.

If you have a copy of XP or similar copy the file c:\windows\system32\mspaint.exe to your PC and rename to something like XpMSpaint.exe, place it wherever you like (my preference is for the system32 folder) and create a shortcut to it.

    BUT...

I would recommend going for a better bitmap editor...
Them is actually a .net adobe basis as app is completely free and designed specifically for windows http://www.getpaint.net/
or Inkscape is also very good and very easy to use. If you want even more professional free alternative to Gimp is another (but it's hard to use if your opportunity to "common" way of doing things)

.. but once again the best option is Corel Paint - you can either buyit grouped for about $50 US with corelDraw! (highly recommended) or on its own for as low as $19,95 (which is a riduculous price seen CorelDraw is the principal vector arts program on the planet.) (users of adobe will be saying the opposite - but thyre all artists are not)

  • Where is the converter DNG 8.6?

I understand that Adobe's DNG Converter work on raw images in folders. What I need to know is how to locate and start the program. I searched everywhere but not located as ACR 8.6 RC. Is the part of the said DNG Converter install package?  I installed the RC of 8,6 ACR. Now the bridge use only when opening a raw file in ACR, but I do not see that DNG converter has been installed, too. How can I get DNG converter to work? Thank you, Ken

It's at the bottom of the following link:

Download Adobe Photoshop Camera Raw 8.6 Beta - Adobe Labs

The link says Camera Raw, but the last bit late towards the bottom of the screen is for the DNG Converter. When looking for release candidate and other new technologies, Adobe Labs is what you should look for.  By the way, all versions of the DNG Converter to work with raw files in folders. What is you're talking about exactly?

  • where is the function AI_VRead() defined, which is used in the AIonePoint.c file. ?

    Hello

I installed the Ni DAQ software for 6024E card. As I walked through the code examples in Visual C, I came across AIonePoint.c file where the AI_VRead() function has been used. But I could not find the function definition. I would like to know where is the AI_VRead() function body is present.

    Kind regards

    Rakesh

    Hi Rakesh,

AI_VRead() is exported from % SystemRoot%\system32\nidaq32.dll. The corresponding import library is %ProgramFiles%\National Instruments\NI-DAQ\Lib\nidaq32.lib. The source code of this function is not available.

nidaq32.dll is part of NOR-traditional DAQ. If you are developing a new application, using the API OR-DAQmx newer is recommended. Transition of NOR-DAQ traditional (old) using ANSI C OR-DAQmx and NI LabWindows/CVI , contains more details about this.

OK newbie stupid question where in the heck is the function of the path, I marked as log file and more likely I probably got fed up trying to find one copied from other VI. I never thought it would be under the file IO, but I can't find this little icon from anywhere?

Thanks, I think I thought about it, I had to go to the front in the paths of the chain, but I would have thought you place it couple of façade or block diagram.

  • Call the library function does not find the DLL in the directory where are my LLBs

I'm using LabVIEW 8.6.  I have a set of screws in several LLBs.  All LLBs located in a directory.  Most of my screws is wrappers for the functions in a DLL.  I was told to put my DLL in the directory where are the LLBs, and apparently this is how the previous programmer has worked (using an earlier version of LabView).

In the configuration of the library call, I've specified .dll without path.  (This is how we want our screws are an API that will integrate other programmers, so I don't know where they put things and I can't use absolute paths).

When I insert the VIs in LabVIEW, LabVIEW can not find the DLL and wonder of spotted.  It's just that here in the directory with the LLBs and when I double click on it, everything works fine.  However my absolute path to the DLL now appears in the library to call configuration, and we don't want that.

Does anyone know how to make this work?  I guess the location of the screw (or LLBs, in this case) should be the current directory and thus Windows search there for the DLL.  However, it seems that this is not the case (in the least, in the latest version of LabVIEW).

    Thank you.

    Batya

Well someone using your library should not have to dig into your screws and do it all on his own. Instead your library must wrap that and hide disorders it altogether.

The cluster of error has been added when the dynamic path option has been added. It is not useful hide this error output, so it's always there. As well as the dynamic path, there was the improved error handling added the CLN. One of them is that the level of verification when calling function errors (exception handling) can be specified. I guess that some of these options may generate an error code instead of bring up a dialog box, as they did before and that the output of error code can be useful even in the case of static calls.

As to what you want to do, I would have long managed that with a DLL that has essentially the same functions as your other wrapper DLLs and an initiliasation function that returns a pointer to a structure of functional distribution based on the actual DLL you want to call. Quite like what an object-oriented function dispatch table is. Then, when your interface initilising you call initialize function and specify the device interface/type that you want to use and after that all other functions take a pointer extra function parameter expedition as the first parameter, in addition to the parameters of the real function. This dispatch function pointer would be just a pointer to a structure that contains the table of function for this interface pointers and the sake of LabVIEW would simply be an integer of size pointer.

The wrapper function then checks the pointer structure validity send feature and call the actual function with the remaining parameters. It is a C programming and may require a planning and desigining the different interfaces to facilitate this kind of technique of the expedition, but it will certainly pay to long-term and make your library even can be used in previous versions of LabVIEW, so that VB etc. without delicate dynamic loading in the level high, programming environment.

  • where is the function of intuitive search of Win 7?

WHERE IS THE WIN7 INTUITIVE SEARCH FUNCTION?

    Here is a classic example:

I have a lot of my docs saved on a memory stick 8 GB (a ton of files MS Pub, notepaddocs, PowerPoint presentations, etc.). I have them on the memory stick so that I regularly SEARCH on another computer with XP installed. Somewhere in this vast library I have information about a particular topic. I need to SEARCH THE CONTENTS OF ALL THE FILES on THE DISK, looking for a PARTICULAR STRING ASCII.

    In XP, search is easy...
START / SEARCH /... .specify search criteria:
I enter in the "Word or phrase in the file".
and tell him where to look "look in:" drive G:\ [the mem stick] and BINGO...
It goes and finds, automatically search the ENTIRE DISK (the complete directory tree).

Now in windows 7, the search function has been removed from the start menu.
Well, where is he? What happened to the intuitive XP search function?
This is a powerful and important feature! Where at - it go?

(Please, explain not HOW TO search FOR FILE NAMES, OR "asdf" contained in the name of the FILE.
This isn't what I'm looking for. I want to search the CONTENTS of the file.)

function of HELP of Win7 is worthless in that regard. 7 has the ability, or not, and you know how, or not, but I hope that technical support has a right of reply.

Just open the drive, then type what you're looking for in the search field.  Windows search content for you, automatically.

My only intention is to create a model/site based URM where we can provide functionality to scan for users. We want a distributed feature where users can scan the images remotely and commit to the WCC:Records / URM.

Is it possible to be done through Oracle distributed Document capture (ODDC) and if it is possible how to connect ODDC with the client browser. Please suggest

Ok. So, the answer is certainly: Yes, it is possible.

The part of analysis, this is exactly what ODDC is good for. Unless you have the license already, however, you may have to go with the product to Capture Oracle WebCenter (large companies), which provides the necessary also.

Regarding the validation and storage, ODDC/ODC/WebCenter Capture can commit images scanned at several depots, including University Complutense of MADRID (URM can be considered a Complutense University of MADRID with a specific purpose / several modules or components under voltage and configured). So, technically, he has no problem.

When I have little doubt, however, is the meaning of the scenario - declaring an item as a record is an important event in the life cycle of the document - a record is often (or always) cannot be changed to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of information. In this perspective, a direct validation of a recording of a scanning system (where errors such as bad scans, lack of pages, etc can be expected, particularly if the scanning is performed by the end user in a distributed fashion - so, not very experienced) seems a little dangerous.

  • Where is the option to convert CHM WebHelp released in new version 2015?

    Hello.

I used to use RoboHelp 11 and in this version to get a file CHM with everything I needed with a WebHelp project was of skins select file-> Generate-> WebHelp for the CHM converter and the CHM file would be out.  But this menu option has disappeared in the 2015 version. How can I do it now then get the skins of the WebHelp project? Thanks in advance.

    Robert G. Marquez

    http://robertmarquez.com

OK, after some more research I found where is the CHM output. In Adobe RoboHelp 2015, there is a tab out and in this tab is a section to generate. In this section, it lists several options but only 3 lines show both.  I had to click on the scroll bar, which held a longer list which showed the CHM outout.  You must keep your mouse on the option to show the full title.
