Where is the "log" in the toolbar of the burner? Also when I follow the directions to close the disk - where is 'windows explorer' I can't?

When I click Start then computer and burner - where is windows Explorer, and where can I find her close a session on the toolbar?

Hello geehosafat,

Thank you for your response. The relay please if you are able to open Windows Media Player by clicking Start, and then by typing in the search box to start Windows Media Player. Then click on Windows Media Player based on the results of the search.

In addition, when burning files to disc, if the disk has been formatted using the Format mastered, the option to close a session will not appear as disks formatted with the mastered Format do not need to be closed and automatically compatible with other computers. If the disk has been formatted with the live file system, you can close a session to be able to use the disc in another computer or player. By default, Windows does automatically when you eject the disc.

Steps to burn files using Windows Explorer by using the live file system and mastered Format includes also, for reference, the link provided above burn a CD or DVD in Windows Explorer .

Vista and Windows 7 updated drivers love then here's how update the most important.

This is my generic how updates of appropriate driver:

This utility, it is easy see which versions are loaded:

-Free - DriverView utility displays the list of all device drivers currently loaded on your system.
For each driver in the list, additional useful information is displayed: load address of the driver,
Description, version, product name, company that created the driver and more.
    http://www.NirSoft.NET/utils/DriverView.html

For drivers, visit manufacturer of emergency system and of the manufacturer of the device that are the most common.
Control Panel - device - Graphics Manager - note the brand and complete model
your video card - double - tab of the driver - write version information. Now, click on update
Driver (this can do nothing as MS is far behind the certification of drivers) - then right-click.
Uninstall - REBOOT it will refresh the driver stack.

Repeat this for network - card (NIC), Wifi network, sound, mouse, and keyboard if 3rd party
with their own software and drivers and all other main drivers that you have.

Now in the system manufacturer (Dell, HP, Toshiba as examples) site (in a restaurant), peripheral
Site of the manufacturer (Realtek, Intel, Nvidia, ATI, for example) and get their latest versions. (Look for
BIOS, Chipset and software updates on the site of the manufacturer of the system here.)

Download - SAVE - go to where you put them - right click - RUN AD ADMIN - REBOOT after
    each installation.

Always check in the Device Manager - drivers tab to be sure the version you actually install
presents itself. This is because some restore drivers before the most recent is installed (sound card drivers
in particular that) so to install a driver - reboot - check that it is installed and repeat as
    necessary.

Repeat to the manufacturers - BTW in the DO NOT RUN THEIR SCANNER device - check
    manually by model.

Look at the sites of the manufacturer for drivers - and the manufacturer of the device manually.

  • Cannot find the Favorites file from Windows Explorer in Windows XP. Does not currently have IE in Windows XP

I have been using Windows XP for a while.  I am always connected in Windows Explorer through the icon 'Butterfly '.  Never interested in Internet Explorer - too cluttered screen.  I have several files in Windows Explorer and virtually none in Internet Explorer 8.  How can I find the Favorites file

You've done a good job answering my question.  Somehow, and I don't know how I did it I accidentally erased all the favourites I had accumulated for quite some time.  I have not found these missing Favorites in the trash that is where I would have expected to have. But that's another story and not a good thing.  I have so appreciated your efforts and I hope at some point I can get these favorites - wherever they are now.

  • On the task bar of Windows Explorer post work without creating multiple instances of explorer.exe.

Hi, I tried the workaround solution where you enter "%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe: {20D04FE0-3AEA-1069-A2D8-08002B30309D}" in the target.  However, this doesn't seem to be a full working solution because it creates an instance of "explorer.exe" whenever you access.  I want a solution that allows me to open the 'Workstation' of the taskbar that creates instances fallacious "explorer.exe" (it should stay onlya singleinstance of explorer.exe).

BTW, no, I don't want to pin 'my computer' icon so I have to hover over windows Explorer and then proceed to my computer.  I want the default location in Windows Explorer my computer and no libraries (which had the idea to do this? this person is a fool, because the majority of people never use libraries)

    -Dan

Another alternative - using a VBScript script to launch my folder on the computer.

Copy these lines into Notepad and save the file as "MyComputer.vbs".

    Set objShell = CreateObject
    objShell.ShellExecute "shell: MyComputerFolder ', ' ', ' ', 'open', 1

Create a shortcut to the script including the full path, as below:

    C:\Windows\System32\wscript.exe "D:\MyScripts\MyComp.vbs."

Change the shortcut icon, and then PIN to the taskbar.

How is it a better alternative?

The script takes 3K of memory (max) and duly ends after launching the folder desktop. It's better than the original situation where each instance explorer.exe taking 20 + K of memory and not end automatically.

  • I have more than a single file for Mozilla in Windows Explorer. Can I delete the one with the dates of older files?

My current version is 14.0.1 and show like Mozilla in Windows Explorer. Dates of the files are up to date. The second file in Windows Explorer is listed as Mozilla (2) and has files from 2010. • How to disable the "Fonts" folder in Windows Explorer?

    Hi all

I have a problem to deactivate the fonts folder in Windows Explorer.
    My question:
How to turn off or do not display "Fonts" in Windows Explorer my computer tab?

I think it is unnecessary because it already exists in the Control Panel folder.

If anyone can solve this, thanks in advance.

Windows customizes the Fonts folder and offers a special folder view that allows you to hide variations, such as bold and italics. It also allows you to change the display settings of the file in a way that is specific to fonts. If you remove the read-only attributes and the Fonts folder system, these custom display settings not available. For folders that you have customized by using the tab, Customize dialog box Properties of the folder, the folder icon and other other customizations may be missing when you remove the read-only attribute.

Download a FREE program called Revo Uninstaller

  • Opening the files in the right pane of Windows Explorer

For the last two weeks, when I double click on a folder in the right pane of Windows Explorer, a video look at an application tries to load the file instead of just opening the folder.  I looked at the files Types tab in the tools, Options menu, without a bit of luck and I watched the application tries to load and find nothing has.  I think it started after an automatic Windows Update (although I have that turned off, it still works, of course).

To see what is going to happen, I uninstalled the video look at an application to ensure that nothing in putting in place this program which has been the problem and now a Windows Search window opens when you double-click on any given folder!

Any ideas on how to prevent this?

    Hi 5466,

    Thanks for your replies.

Vista has characteristics of property for files in folders that you might be able to carry out some sort of system that allows you to know your staff for the file that you place in the folder.

There isn't a download from Microsoft which has the attribute that you speak of to allow the classification of Word documents.  Information online about this process does not specifically address the attribute you have written in to place the dimension on the record.

Here is a possible work around you

When you view them documents in the folder, they are placed, check Details of the menu view is marked.

Then in the file that is created, right click and select Properties, in the TAG field type a general comment as '5 stars' or one who would submit to you the rating desired - in this field of the Details tab of the properties as Judd had suggested in a previous post.   You can use this field to record the files you have chosen personally.

Of course it's all a work around, but please let us know if this helps you.
