• Cannot locate the serial number on my package

  I have Photoshop elements 13 in the box and am unable to locate a valid serial number on the packaging, envelope DVD or the insert.  The insert says the number should start with 1057 and should be on the DVD 'cases '.  However, there is no case, only one envelope, and it doesn't have a number long enough for that serial number.  None of the numbers or combinations of numbers in the box to not work.

  Just to clarify this point to someone else who is reading:

  The TEA on the client side is automatically installed with the CS6 applications. It is this component that fails to validate my subscription of the CC, causing the application to fall back to request a serial number.

  After a phone call with Abhijit, we discovered that installation of the stand-alone Office CC, before application or after the CS6, allowed the subscription must be validated and enabled software. It seems that there is an important bug, or at least a lack of consideration of the possibility that customers should not have installed CCD. The workaround is pretty much satisfactory for my environment, but I think it could still cause trouble in some configurations more major or educational.

  A useful tip: download the CCD installer here: https://ccmdls.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/KCCC/1/win32/CreativeCloudSet-Up.exe supports the same command line switches like msiexec, so it is not deployable easily as a MSI file, allows for unattended Setup.

  I bought a copy of 10 items and cannot find the serial number on the box, annoyed me, installed as a trial and quickly find serial number! I would like now to imput my serial number to convert it to a full version.

  The manual gives a link under the question "convert an evaluation version to a licensed version" which doesn't work on my computer, I checked help and I went through all the tabs, I can find when I'm in elements itself and I can't still working on how to do it.

  You should be given the opportunity to upgrade your licensed software or buy the software when you open it.  You will want to choose this option that should give you the option to enter the serial number.
