Where is the setting for the WCC tables of records?

More precisely what scheme they reside in? I can see a schema called DEV_URMSERVER but the tables are almost all empty and I have certainly some documents and records. Maybe I have a problem NLSLANG

DEV_OCS looks promising

  • for relaxation: where is the table created by the Wizzard users create in the APEX?

    Hello everyone and Tony in particular since it was followed and mentoring my progress on this.

    Well,.

    Here we have 2 things:

    (1) when the wizzard of Administration > database > manage users creates a user. Where is the table it creates? What name does have? Why is it not visible in the object browser? I need the name of this table to put it on my trigger (I called users_table)

    (2) how to do that whenever a user connects, his formerly generated by the trigger sequence is used by a State to extract personal data (it's sort of VPD) in this case would be, how do you know what surrogate key, we need to call. To do this, I think, the thing would be to request the: = APP_USER (that was created in step 1) and each APP_USER will surrogate that are associated with this key.

    I set up a simple trigger, but just the substring of the concatenation of the given username, the system randomly generated pwd up to 12 characters.

    CREATE OR REPLACE
    GENERATE_SEQUENCE RELAXATION
    AFTER INSERT ON USERS_TABLE
    FOR EACH LINE
    BEGIN
    insert into users_table (surrogate_key)
    values (SUBSTR (¦¦ username password), 1.12);
    END;

    but as I said, this users_table must be the table where the wizzard to create users stores its data,... .but where is this table?

    Thank you very much

    Hello

    (1) create a table and then start filling in

    I think you need to have a custom table of your patients (and users), say,

    CREATE TABLE patients
      (
        "USER_ID"   NUMBER,
        "USER_NAME" VARCHAR2(100 BYTE),
        "FIRST_NAME" VARCHAR2(100 BYTE),
        "LAST_NAME" VARCHAR2(100 BYTE),
        "PASSWORD"  VARCHAR2(4000 BYTE),
        "CREATED_ON" DATE
        CONSTRAINT patients_PK PRIMARY KEY ("USER_ID")
      );

    you need to build customized in your appl authentication and do not use the Apex or Db authentication.
    To do this, you must do this table in the schema that is used in the analysis of your application's schema.
    And you need create the function custom_hash like this:

    create or replace
    function custom_hash (p_username in varchar2, p_password in varchar2)
    return varchar2
    is
      l_password varchar2(4000);
      l_salt varchar2(4000) := '55PSP4P78JLDQ2AMBXQ60DW9OW7G9Z';
    begin

    l_password := utl_raw.cast_to_raw(dbms_obfuscation_toolkit.md5
      (input_string => p_password || substr(l_salt,10,13) || p_username ||
        substr(l_salt, 4,10)));
    return l_password;
    end;

    (2) then build the trigger when it detects that I completed a line
    It generates this sequence AND inserts it into another table (as you say, I could not put it in the same table)

    users must register themselves?
    Or register?
    Then you must create the free registration form or a form where you fill in your table above users.

    I think that your user_name must be unique. Put a Unique about this strain.

    When creating the patient button is pressed, then the above table is filled (you must and name, user in the form fill password)
    You must calculate USER_ID, user_name, password and created_on, this can be done in the trigger

    create or replace
    TRIGGER patients_trg_bi
      before insert on patients
      for each row
    begin
    if :NEW.USER_ID is null then
        select patients_seq.nextval into :NEW.USER_ID from dual;
    end if;

    if :NEW.CREATED_ON is null then
        :NEW.CREATED_ON := SYSDATE;
    end if;

    if :NEW.USER_NAME  is null then
        :NEW.USER_NAME  := :NEW.LAST_NAME || :NEW.USER_ID;
    end if;

       :NEW.PASSWORD := custom_hash(:NEW.USER_NAME, :NEW.PASSWORD);

    end;

    you create the sequence of patients_seq

    In this case the surrogate key be hashed password.
    And you can use it by selecting table using patients: APP_USER
    that is when the user is connected to his USER_NAME, variable APP_USER is filled

    (3) then, the SQL query would recover this surrogate_key and show as connected individual data.

    Yes, when the user logs on, the key is populated by users based on table: APP_USER
    using

    select password
    from patients
    where user_name = :APP_USER;

    You must understand how EVP can be implemented at the Apex.

    You can use any application for this SURROGATE_KEY say

    which is calculated by Application of calculation on the new Instance

    4) but in order to know what to ask, surrogate key should be a key with the substitution APP_USER connection

    is that correct?

    Yes. You have the info from the users table

    Do you have examples of Applications Apex somewhere.
    If you use Apex 2.1, you can install it from the repository and if you have 3 Apex, they are normally automatically installed if you create the new workspace.

    You can use it a lot to manage users.

    Concerning
    Oleg

    BTW,

    Alvaro,
    Yo have your appl?
    If you sent your Db and tables all the Pl/SQl, as well as application Apex, you have for me by email, I can check and make/suggest improvements
    (For free, of course)
    I need to check what you did there, otherwise it seems to be a very long subject.
    Well, I have the time to discuss

    Yes, you can make the trigger like this

    CREATE OR REPLACE
    GENERATE_SEQUENCE RELAXATION
    AFTER INSERT ON USERS_TABLE
    FOR EACH LINE
    BEGIN
    insert into GENERATED_SEQUENCES_TABLE (lastinserted_name, surrogate_key)
    values (SELECT name from USER OF USERS_TABLE WHERE USERID..., SUBSTR (lastinsertedname¦¦ password), 1.12);
    END;

    but where the values are made here
    SUBSTR (lastinsertedname¦¦ password), 1.12

    My only intention is to create a model/site based URM where we can provide functionality to scan for users. We want a distributed feature where users can scan the images remotely and commit to the WCC:Records / URM.

    Is it possible to be done through Oracle distributed Document capture (ODDC) and if it is possible how to connect ODDC with the client browser. Please suggest

    Ok. So, the answer is certainly: Yes, it is possible.

    The part of analysis, this is exactly what ODDC is good for. Unless you have the license already, however, you may have to go with the product to Capture Oracle WebCenter (large companies), which provides the necessary also.

    Regarding the validation and storage, ODDC/ODC/WebCenter Capture can commit images scanned at several depots, including University Complutense of MADRID (URM can be considered a Complutense University of MADRID with a specific purpose / several modules or components under voltage and configured). So, technically, he has no problem.

    When I have little doubt, however, is the meaning of the scenario - declaring an item as a record is an important event in the life cycle of the document - a record is often (or always) cannot be changed to ensure the integrity and non-repudiation of information. In this perspective, a direct validation of a recording of a scanning system (where errors such as bad scans, lack of pages, etc can be expected, particularly if the scanning is performed by the end user in a distributed fashion - so, not very experienced) seems a little dangerous.

    Currently reports access a synonymn which in turn accesses the table of old_summary.

    Once built, we would like to change the synonym to point to the new table, ideally with no interruption of service.

    The only thing that could potentially access these synonyms when change is synonymous with points table select stattements.

    Pu questions.

    (1) can you change table points synonym of without deletion and recreation?

    (2) what happens if have a sysnonym of race and drop of select statement to re-create.  It runs until the end sysnonym fact existed early in the race?

    Thank you

    1) Can you change table synonym points to without dropping and recreating?

    He has not ALTER statement for synonyms. As I said the other answering machine use CREATE or REPLACE.

    2) What happens if have a select statment running and drop sysnonym the recreate. Does it run to completion fact sysnonym existed at start of running?

    All object references are resolved BEFORE the implementation phase. Once a statement begins executing, it is immaterial that the same is a synonym.

    One more doubt.

    When you run the MERGE statement, the first time, there is no rows in the target table, so no rows in the target table is what it is.

    So we cannot perform below sqls using MERGE when the target table is empty?

    insert into tar values (1, 'a')

    updated tar tNom = 'b' set where tnum = 1

    insert into tar values (2, "c")

    Is - that means that the MERGER will be only works with validated data?

    Right; a MERGE statement will not update a line which has been previously inserted into the same MERGE statement.  All fact tables reference to the data in the tables by the time the MERGER began.

  • MERGE or PL/SQL statement? (and ORA-30926: failed to get a stable set of rows in the source tables)

    Hi SQL & PL/SQL gurus...

    A bit of advice please...

    IM loading documents in the system... In this context, I have a routine that check the progress of loading (upload_records) against an existing table (supplier_records).  If the details differ so it updates, and if the folder does not exist, it inserts a new record...

    About 90% of the time, recording will be unchanged and the statement will do nothing...

    The challenge I have is that I get the error above fairly regularly, because (I think) there are simultaneous users, loading documents in the system... so, both tables change regularly...  The merge statement is below... but my question is: I would achieve anything by converting the merge statement into a PL/SQL loop that checks if the recordset contains a record that needs to either update or insertion? Would be the first simple quick check that reduction of 90% of the files works better, (with further processing if the folder must insert or update) and this would remove the error above, or the merge statement made the same thing anyway, and I should leave it as what? or is my incorrect merge statement and which contribute to the error?  The merge statement, if it finds a match, updates the record anyway, even if she didn't need to...  (which is not very effective)... However a pl/SQL loop will have to check if the record exists. check if it needs to be changed, change it if she does... Insert if the folder does not exist.

    MERGE statement is:

    MERGE INTO s suppliers

    USING (select distinct (sup_provision_id),

    provider,

    sup_acc_holder,

    sup_bank_acc,

    sup_bank_name,

    payments_upload sup_bank_branch

    where csv_id =: P20_CSV_ID) could

    WE (pu.sup_provision_id = s.supplier_id)

    WHEN MATCHED THEN

    GAME UPDATE

    s.SUPPLIER = pu.supplier,

    s.SUP_ACC_HOLDER = pu.sup_acc_holder,

    s.BANK_ACC_NO = pu.sup_bank_acc,

    s.BANK_NAME = pu.sup_bank_name,

    s.BRANCH_NO = pu.sup_bank_branch

    WHEN NOT MATCHED THEN

    INSERT (s.SUPPLIER_ID,

    s.SUPPLIER,

    s.SUP_ACC_HOLDER,

    s.BANK_ACC_NO,

    s.BANK_NAME,

    s.BRANCH_NO,

    s.CAT)

    VALUES (pu.sup_provision_id,

    able. Beg,

    Pu.sup_acc_holder,

    Pu.sup_bank_acc,

    Pu.sup_bank_name,

    Pu.sup_bank_branch,

    'S' );

    The reasoning is that out or 5000 records. 4000 will have the same provider... so want to retrieve a single record for what it (or other unique visitors who may be similar but have different criteria) and simply update the corresponding record, insert if there is no trace...

    Rgds

    Richard

    SELECT DISTINCT guarantees that no 2 rows will be exactly alike.  In other words, if you compare the 2 rows in the result set, either sup_provision_id supplier of GOLD supp_acc_holder for GOLD OR one of the other columns (or maybe 2 or more columns) will be different.  It does not guarantee that any 1 column will be unique.

    FUSION requires that, when a match is found, it should only be 1 line in the result set generated by the USING clause.  Given that the matching condition is

    WE (pu.sup_provision_id = s.supplier_id)

    This means that pu_sup_provision must be unique.  The ORA_30926 error occurs if it is not unique.  SELECT DISTINCT to ensure that complete lines in pu are unique, but it does not guarantee that any single column will be unique.

    Depending on your data and your needs, you may need to change the USING clause, so that sup_provision_id is unique.  You may need to add more conditions to the WHERE clause, or do a GROUP BY or use an analytic function such as ROW_NUMBER.

    If you need help, post a small example of data (that is, CREATE TABLE and INSERT statements for all the tables involved, as they are before the MERGER) and the exact results you want (that is, indicate which suppliers should contain after the MERGER).

  • Impossible to get a stable set of rows in the source tables

    Hi guys,.

    I use the following query to fusion in a stored procedure.
       MERGE INTO tt_OPEN_IN_TMP B
       Using (Select * From Tt_Sl_Fifo) A
       ON ( A.Store_Code = B.Store_Code
         AND A.item_code = B.item_code
         And A.Packing = B.Packing
         And A.Serial_No = B.Serial_No )
       When Matched Then Update Set Opn_Fifo_Cost = A.Rate_Bc;
    The procedure raises error * "Unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables" * as a result of the query. But if I run the query individually, it works very well. Please help me solve this problem.

    Thank you
    RAM.

    The error is due to what there is in double store_code, item_code, packaging, combination of serial_no in the Tt_Sl_Fifo table. If there are multiple records with the same store_code, item_code, packaging, serial_no Oracle has no way to determine which to use for the update. If you know that there is whenever duplicates they will all have the same column of rate_bc then instead of using

    (select * from tt_sl_fifo)

    use

    (select distinct store_code, item_code, packing, serial_no, rate_bc from tt_sl_fifo)

    Or if there is other criteria, like a date column, you can use to determine what is the one you want to use to day then you can use something like

    (select store_code, item_code, packing, serial_no, rate_bc from tt_sl_fifo
      where (store_code, item_code, packing, serial_no, add_date) in
           (select store_code, item_code, packing, serial_no, max(add_date)
              from tt_sl_fifo group by store_code, item_code, packing, serial_no))

    Hi Vasif

    NULL values are indexed if the indexed entry also includes a value non-zero.

    If you create an index such as:

    CREATE INDEX mytable_x_idx ON mytable (x, ' ');

    ensure all null values for the column X are indexed and will therefore potentially use the index to search for null values, assuming of course the result set is small enough to justify the use of the index in your query.

  • Where is the setting to warn that "the information you entered must be sent over an unencrypted connection?

    Where is the setting to warn users to "information you entered must be sent over an unencrypted connection"?

    The settings for warning messages have been removed from the UI (Bug 513166).
    You must change preferences related security.warn_* directly on the topic: config page.

    Filter: security.warn

    You can check the security.warn_submit_insecure pref on the topic: config page.

    BTW: Firefox 10.0.3 ESR is not the last.

  • Where is the setting to change to show when you lock shift or stopped

    Original title: caps lock display

    where is the setting to change to show when you lock shift or stopped

    Hello wgkg,

    It should be in the keyboard properties.

    1. open the control panel

    2. click on the keyboard icon

    3. in the keyboard properties, click on settings in the key

    4. scroll to the option of caps lock and highlight it.

    5. click on the button Configure (below the list of available keys options menu)

    6. in the caps lock set up a window, place a nect check mark (tick) for the "show state lock shift on the screen..." and then press the Finish button.

    You will see only the option above, if you have installed the relevant keyboard/mouse drivers. If you don't see these options, that is, the options key parameters, check with the manufacturer of your keyboard, see that you have the correct drivers and 'no' the standard Microsoft drivers generic like the one provided with windows.

    If her you've seen before a prompt on the screen for you say that the cover lock is enabled or disabled, but you don't see it now you probably disabled the option at some point in the past.

  • Setting for "allow device to wake the computer" gray for the USB root hubs

    So I wanted to change the setting for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" in Windows 7 Device Manager. I accidentally also selected "allow this device to wake the computer".

    I want to change the setting back to "Allow this device wake the computer", but it is grayed out.
    Anyone know where I can switch this back in the registry?
