You can permanently display the Menu bar if you wish:

  • Right click in the empty box to the right of the tab bar
  • Click on the Menu bar to place a check mark
  • the Menu bar should now be affixed permanently and the Firefox button in the upper left is no longer is displayed.
  • You can undo the change by repeating and click on the Menu bar to remove the check mark.

Just curious; you have mentioned that new tab and the button of Firefox bookmark options. There should be several other points, to 2 columns. Do you see any other options? If you do, you can accomplish in the display of the Menu bar by choosing Options / toolbars to get the same small menu as in the instructions above for clicking / menu bar selection.

  • How can I move App Tabs down, where are the other bookmark toolbars? Or, how can I put my toolbars on two rows bookmarks and forget the App Tabs?

I have several bookmarks in my toolbar, and my most often used found in a drop down menu, which is annoying. I have tried to click and drag on the menu bar, there was room for more icons, but they didn't budge. Anything under the "toolbar" has been helpful. Help tell me do right click on my toolbar and then click on 'Customize'... which did not come as an option. I would like to really all my favorites toolbar (I have about 10) or real on the toolbar visible, not hidden in a small dropdown tab menu.
There is a plug-in that allows you to put bookmarks in two rows on your toolbars, but it is not compatible with my version of FF (7.0.1).
App Tabs are cute, but I don't like them on top where they take place where I have the legs for various open websites (I usually opened several at once). App Tabs are fixed and do not move as site tabs, which is extremely annoying and so why I 1) want to move to the bottom of the toolbar or 2) be able to view all my bookmarks toolbars - which is what I prefer.
    BTW, I have Windows 7.
Thanks in advance for your help.

App tabs are special tablets and are always displayed at the left end of the tab bar.

You can place all the bookmarks that you want to see the toolbar of bookmarks in the bookmarks toolbar folder.

You can do this in the sidebar or the Manager of bookmarks if you can't do it on the bookmarks toolbar.

Most visited is a special file (smart) which shows the websites that you have visited and are not necessarily Favorites, so you can not drag on the personal bar unless you first to bookmark the. You can make it open in a tab by clicking on Star on location bar twice and choose the toolbar of bookmarks as destination folder.

  • Where is the HP Smart Web Printing button in the toolbar of the browser. ??

I uninstalled and reinstalled Hp Web Smart Printing and still no 'button' on my toolbar in IE8? The first time after installing the black side bar is there so when I click on the X to close it never reapears anywhere? How can I get in my toolbar, click on and use it when I need it? Jerry11139

Was having a hard time finding this icon in IE8 as well.   I usually use Firefox and you can not miss on this browser.  IE8 is a completely different story.

In IE8, it's on the toolbar at the same level as all the tabs.  To the right of the home menu of the Page, the printer icon icon, etc., you will see two small signs "superior to" (> >).  Click left them and the icon to launch the smart Web printing will be in a 'drop-down '.  Click on it and it will open the Clip book.

If it had been a snake it would have bit me...

I got to this post in the forum because I'll forget where it is then few I use IE8.  Now, I'll be able to search for my own post!

    Hope this helps someone.

If you want to access the icon right-click on toolbar Customize, click Add or remove commands, then you can move the icon of swp HP in the list then it will always show up on your toolbar or you can remove some of those that you do not use (as perhaps RSS) this way you will have not to click on the double arrows and click the drop-down menu when you want.

Your topic seems to assume that you are absent from the menu bar in Internet Explorer. Right-click anywhere on the IE toolbar and make sure that the Menu bar.

You also mention: also miss me the toolbar with the bold, italic and underlined as well. It would be for an e-mail program? The same method may work, but if not, you need to tell us what e-mail you program using.
