I tried to download the pack of language via Windows Update some time ago but has had an error and I don't know how to download and install manually.   There is no "direct download link" on your suggested site, only a 'learn how' link that repeats that MUI language packs (unlike the lips) are only available on Windows Update. Direct download links exist (on other sites), but I would not recommend to use, the best way is to retry the download WU; If there are errors, please - alexjb88 - tell us what you got error messages. A "LIP of the Spanish language" does not exist because Spanish is not an extension of 'regional culture' of English (like the Basque or Catalan for Spanish).

  Windows 7 language packs can be installed only from the section optional updates in Windows Update.

  To download and install a language pack in Windows 7, follow these steps:

  a. start Microsoft Update. To do this, click Start, type Microsoft Update in the search box, and then click Microsoft Update in the list programs.

  b. click on the links to optional update for language packs.

  c. under the category modules Windows 7 language, select the language of your choice pack.

  I used Revo UN-install, but when I checked the Panel he showed Java with a folder instead of the Java icon.  I tried to find what file or folder, it is the case, find nothing.  Please help if you can.

  It lists the reg keys his looking, then you might check to see if you put them before doing anything.

  Back up your registry and set a restore point before taking any action - assuming that is your problem.

  Also, if you download and run the file, AV check it before running it - just in case.

  NOTE: the above was found by google, I have not tried that I have not had the error. I can't say if it works or not.
