where profiles of lenses on mac

I have LR3 and ACR.

I see much more objective profiles in ACR I do in LR.

A folder in/library/appsupport/adobe/cameraraw/lensprofiles/nikon shows 65 entries.

A record of user/library/appsupport/adobe/cameraraw/lensprofiles/nikon indicates that 35 entries.

Can someone suggest how I can see all profiles in LR?   From now I see half of the profiles I see in ACR.

Thank you all,

Vince

Lightroom and Camera Raw share the same directory. The profiles listed in/library/appsupport/are available to all users and will have been installed with Lr or Camera Raw. The profiles listed under/Users / ~ / Library/appsupport/are available only for the user name and will have been installed by the profile downloader application or manually.

  • Profiles of lenses of Photoshop CS6 No. (lens correction filter) for Canon 6 d raw files

LightRoom and Camera Raw have Lens Correction profiles and all lenses available today are in the list for the Canon 6 d of the raw files. BUT the Correction of filter/optics if Photoshop CS6 only have 2 Tamron lenses listed. Weird that there are a of the profiles of lenses for the Canon 6 d raw files in Lightroom and Camera RAW, but not CS6 filter/Lens Correction.

Camera RAW, LR and PS are up-to-date... NOTE: I have a Canon G11, 7 d and 1 d Mark II N and all their files work as expected. It's only the RAW files created by Canon 6 d.

    All of the suggestions.

To the right of where it says the search criteria, click on the small icon of three bars-arrow and uncheck the Match sensor size and should learn more.

  • How do I change folder where profile data is stored?

If I change where profile data automatically, this will solve the problem.

I'm not sure that you can change the location of an existing profile, but you can create a new profile and set the location. (I assume that you can copy your existing profile to the new location to preserve your profile as well-specific information). See https://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Managing-profiles

  • Can update profiles of lenses?

    Hello!

I have LR 5.7.1 running and now got the new Sony 70-300 G of FE OSS lens. This lens is supported by LR 6.6. Is there a way to get the profile of lenses in my old version of LR or should I spend 6.6 LR?

    Thank you, Dennis.

    Hi Dennis,

The profile of this lens is supported in the latest version of Lightroom (6.6).

You must upgrade to the latest version to be able to work this profile.

  • How to install the profile of lenses in Lightroom v5.7

    Hello

I use Lightroom 5 (v5.7) and I downloaded a profile of lenses using Adobe Lens profile Downloader. He said that the profile has been installed and I can see that a CRL file is downloaded to the following location:

    /Users/(User Name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0/Download/1.0

I moved the CRL file in a folder named Canon as follows:

    /Users/(User Name)/Library/Application Support/Adobe/CameraRaw/LensProfiles/1.0/Canon

But I still don't see the lens profile after restarting Lightroom.  I did nothing wrong, or move the file to the LCR in the wrong location?  Any help on this is much appreciated.

    David

Thanks, Alfred, Ssprengel assistance and response.

I figured out, and it was my careless mistake.  I downloaded the profile which is of type JPEG, RAW not type.  I downloaded the RAW type, and it appears in Lightroom.

  • Goal not recognized by Lightroom despite the profile of lenses available and correct metadata in the RAW file

    Hi all

In Photoshop Lightroom CC (latest updates installed - v2015.5) my Tamron 15-30 mm f/2.8 lens is not recognized, only an opportunity for the focal length and aperture are visible.

The profile of lenses must be selected manually - but even after selecting the lens information are not available for the photos in the library module, so I can't search/filter for this purpose.

In the RAW files from my Nikon D750 written in the metadata correctly: target = 15-30 mm f/2.8 and LensIDNumber = 233.

Funny enough for the 24-70mm f/2.8 Tamron everything works-> his profile is automatically recognized in the develop module and I can / filter to search for it in the library module.

    Any advise?

    Thank you and best regards,

    Meik

  • Profiles of lenses most missing in the edition of Sony pictures.

When you edit an image on my Sony a7rII and continues to apply lens Corrections, most of the profiles of lenses are missing. They are not missing when I change a file from Canon. Only 14 of the Canon lens profiles remain, a Sony and some for other lenses.

The lens of the body profiles are specific? I think they are independent of the organization.

    Any ideas?

You process Raw files off the camera? If you put JPEG files in Lightroom, you get a limited choice of profile.

  • New profiles of lenses?

I have just updated to Lightroom 5.6, but cannot find the profile of lenses for the Canon EF - S 10-18mm, which was supposed to be included as part of the update.  Someone else has the same problem, or I do something wrong?

14 profiles of Canon that show you to non - raw (JPG, TIF, PSD) files, not match raws, so despite that what you think, you do not have a raw file selected, or show us the entire screen with the visible file name in the magnifying glass information area:

If you actually had a list of profiles selected raw file would be too long to fit on the screen, and you will see your profile of STM 10-18mm lens in the list:

DNG can be created of the raws and no-raws so if you look at a file with a DNG, so you can not tell by file extension, only.

Another idea is that the profile of the camera in the field of calibration would say Embedded not Adobe Standard or camera-all.

Install a profile of lenses for a Samyang 14 mm f2.8 ED GLISSEE UMC

    I downloaded http://www.photo-Worx.de/index.php?option=com_content & task = view & ID = 49

    < stCamera:CameraRawProfile > True < / stCamera:CameraRawProfile >

I created a folder for it and place the Samyang14mm.lcp file in

    F:\Program Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 5.4\Resources\LensProfiles\1.0\Samyang

    and restarted LightRoom5.4

But under the lens Corrections, when I enable profile Corrections check there is no Samyang show and I can't find the profile.

    What I am doing wrong?

Someone at - it a profile of RAW for the Samyang 14mm f2.8 ED SLIPPED UMC that works?

Lightroom/resources records are for lens profiles provided by Adobe, only. LR will ignore all the other profiles in there, and profiles will be lost when you upgrade LR.

The profiles provided by the user go under your folder users as shown here:
