  I seem to have problems with Windows Mail, perhaps caused by the update KB978542 and/or run the program WMUtil.

  One of my Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 64-bit machines, whenever I try to start Windows Mail, it displays 0x800C0155 error message, then a message saying that he was unable to start because MSOE. DLL could not be initialized.

  The other has problems of material type instead: it's a laptop with no mouse and no reliable connection to the internet.

  Your backup files are stored in a *.ipd file extension, often in your 'My Documents' folder.

  So, look over there, or search the entire of your PC for *.ipd and you should find it.

  Now, the IPD file is not usable by any other program except the BlackBerry.

  If you want to use the data in this file, you will need an application named ABC Amber IPD Converter to extract the address book, etc., for use.

  When you get your BlackBerry back, you can use the IPD file to restore your data to the new device.

  My name is Kofi, and recently, I lost my BB.  I never really had any use for my manager of office except for back to the top of my unit.  My last backup was Sept. 8.  Now when I look into the window location 7 says that my backup is stored, my PC makes me choose an app to read the backup.  I "tried the software adobe reader, microsoft office, windows media player, etc. and I realized that I don't really know what im doing and I need help." I'm starting to wonder if I still backed up my BB information.  I would really appreciate it if someone is willing to get in touch with me to get out.

  I have just baught Photoshop cc. All online programs have been correctly donwloaded exept Lightroom.

  When you write an email on your BB, you write the first letter of your contact and you will have all your contact with this letter, but in my case for the letter "S", I have:

  -Sev (in my address book)
  - [email protected] (one day I made a mistake by writing to the e-mail address, and now this is a suggestion... but can not find where is - this contact)

  -Mail delivery (perhaps for abcd@gmail error) subsystem

  Open your Messages folder on the torch.

  Press the Menu (the BlackBerry logo button), then choose Options.

  Now, choose General Options.

  Scroll down to "see the recent contacts when writing E-mail and who goes out.»

  Now, your torch will ONLY contacts from the address book, and not addresses you have sent or received that are not saved in your address book.

  Is this what you need?

  This database of recent contacts is not something that edit you.

  I have an iPhone 4 with OS 7.1.2 and want to restore the factory settings. The only thing that I need to backup my contacts are. I've never used iCloud. Can I temporarily save my contacts on iCloud and then download it again? If so, please can someone tell me how?

• iPhone delete contacts one by one and sending messages to the wrong people

  I have two problems with my contacts that become very cumbersome and no solution, that I could find online.

  Problem 1: a few contacts per week disappear from all my devices, which are synchronized to the top through iCloud. Accordingly, my message thread is largely of numbers and I must discern who everyone is. It is even more difficult to start a new conversation. iCloud is the only place where I store contacts and return to a backup does not help because it will just remove contacts more next week, in addition to losing those that I added since the backup. Usually, it deletes the contact while I am SMS with them, so I saw the name change to a number several times.

  Problem 2: Sometimes I have a person text and it will send the message to another person. It's very strange. I can even make this text a number rather than a name, and it will be text number of the other person. This usually happens between a couple husband and wife, or two people who work in the same place.

  I use Messages to communicate a lot for work, and it's quite get in the way. It is quite complicated to get me out of the entire Apple ecosystem, which I'm deeply rooted in the, because it prevents me from communicating with people and to get anything done. Yet I can find no solution online and have not read even where Apple recognized the problem.

  Please help and please tell me that the next series of OS updates will solve this problem.

• iPhone 6s won't save contacts numbers

  I have problems adding the telephone number of the appellants as new contact on my phone.  When I click on the number to add to contacts, the number is not saved in my contacts list.  The phone will recognize the number with the correct name, but it is not on my contacts.  Any suggestions?
