Where's my music?

I downloaded more than 300 cd to iTunes, now I have a new laptop, but when I log in any of are my CD in there. Where have they gone?

They should be in whatever account that you used when you first imported in unless you remapped the location in iTunes.

By default, it should be

Macintosh HD/Users / [your account (original)] / music/iTunes/iTunes Music/Media

If you have created a new account, they will not be imported on and you should consider them remapping on an account shared if you have more than one account who needs to share these files

  • Where is my music after sync? E260

Well I read thread after that thread and I know that this is not a new issue - but I can't find the solution.

    1. I've added a few songs thru sync WiMP 11

    2. once I disconnected, they do not show upward in the registration drive but UPDATE the DATABASE has been

    3. She has refreshed the database and the system rebooted but the music do not arise in the registration drive

    4. I tried upgrading the firmware, and it is common (I even downloaded Media Converter).

    5. I went to the system and remove the database, but another problem occurred

    6. after the removal of the database, MOST of the titles and artists WENT from the list of players (but I can see them via Windows Explorer in the field of music, so I know they are still on the drive)

    7. I tried to re-sync them at PSG and mastery both does not...

    8. I restarted my system by holding down the power button until it restarts etc. several times - Nope...

I've seen a few threads to show the 'hidden' files but cannot find where do (update: I went into the control panel to update and the box for SHOW HIDDEN FILES) any other ideas?

Any other advice?  I'm puzzled and have spent hours on this.

  • Where the 'Xbox Music' app saves new files playlist?

I have just upgraded to Windows 8 and started using the app Xbox Music.  In the past, I used a combination of Windows Media Player and Zune, who both recorded reading lists in the playlist folder in my default music folder.

I made the playlist in music from Xbox app and made him I couldn't easily sort the songs (in this case, sort them alphabetically).  I had planned to see if the file opens in Windows Media Player, where I could put things in order and copy it to a new playlist.  However, I couldn't find the playlist created Xbox Music.

    Hello

An application is like a container that gets a dedicated space on the disk hard and not is not accessible from the outside. However, an application can store data outside this container if necessary as when you want to export a playlist of music from xbox App. Unfortunately this app does not have such a feature, see next post.

  • Where is uploaded music score files windows 7

Where the partition of downloaded music files are located

It depends on what version of the program that you have. I'll assume version 14.

This is where the files are on 10 64-bit Windows. I guess it is similar under Windows 7 64-bit. But in both cases, you must have your folder options set to show hidden files.

  • Where are my music videos on my iPhone?

At the same time, videos of music (such as the free that come with the purchase of an album via iTunes or purchased individual vids) used to load in the 'Vidéos' application and then, until recently, would load in the application of the music on the phone.  So I created playlists with videos that I wanted on my phone, so I could find them more easily.  Since the upgrade to iOS10, I can't find them anywhere? Someone knows something about it?  I added one of the playlists of videos that I have and it syncs, but when I look for the playlist, it is not found.

Also, is - that someone has noticed with downloaded music, when you select music to be listed by the songs, it's not to list the songs in alphabetical but still ad songs by artist name?  This is a bug that should be fixed!

    Thank you

    Hi Bababababababa,

In iOS 10, in the music app, your music videos are in a smart playlist called "Clips".

Press library.  Choose the category of Playlists, and you'll see the smart playlists.

To sort your library by the title of the song, press the application settings on your home screen.

Tap music > sort the songs and Albums > by title

Take a look at the section music update iPhone user Guide for iOS 10 for more information on the new features.
(Click on the Table of contents, and then click Apps).

    Enjoy!

  • Where to buy music a.99 cent per song?

I scrolled around emusic - and found their selection leaving much to be desired.  I decided that Amazon is a good place for a dollar a song - I can only pay for something I want to hear.

But even with Amazon - I find the songs that I can't find.  for example, I want the song Rhiannon by Fleetwood Mac - and I can't find the LP version and I don't want to live versions.

What are the other sources for buying tracks mp3 - good selection - I'm not all that interested in the monthly service subscription like I-tunes download programs.

If anyone knows of other resources with a good selection of mp3 (including current popular artists) please let me know.

    Thank you

mp3onlinedownloads. Name is in Ukraine. It seems that it is just a cover for mp3fiesta.com - if you click on anything at the point of download, they want you to sign up for mp3fiesta. Mp3fiesta a famous pirate site - basically you pay someone for illegal copies of music. And I have no idea who you have at hand your number of credit card for this process! The artists are not paid. It can be a convenient way to get illegal music, if you want not just pirate it yourself.

There are three major sites that sell legal MP3s - Amazon, mp3.rhapsody.com and napster.com. They all offer the same rate (256 Kbps), which is not too bad. Amazon usually has the best prices. You will certainly find your Fleetwood Mac to one of these.

iTunes doesn't sell MP3s; they sell a different file format that do not support the Sansas unfortunately. Their DRM makes it so their music will only play on an iPod (or iTunes), but they are trying to eliminate that. Songs without DRM are labeled "iTunes more» You must convert to MP3 yourself (you may lose a little quality of this process, but it probably won't be noticeable).

  • Where is the music? No music in the Menu. Customer is waiting on this fix

    Ahhhh so frustrating.

I use CS6 and a model of Precompossed. I've linked a 50 second audio clip tab query in the properties. I listen to music when I saw it but when I burn it to a DVD, there's no music, just good old silence. I tried to do the project from scratch and even erased the cache. I now waisted about 10 disc cause I don't know if it works until I burn.

  • My music disappeared after update to 12.5.1.21

Updated and the new version is completely empty. Why? Where's my music? How can I get it back?

    Hi Paul,.

To make sure that we are on the same page, update you iTunes and now can not see your music. Back on what to do when that happens.

During the upgrade, your iTunes database file is saved whenever you update iTunes. If you do not see the content, you can always return to the iTunes database file backup. Take a look at the article below and it will guide you step by step on how go you upward and running with your files.
